1) coffee mug in cabinet with old coffee and slime, GROSS
2) internet worked less than 30% of time and only on TV in Living Room.
3) no access to elevator and no response when called for assistance
4) sleeps 8-10, but don't try to cook for that many as only very small pots and pans. Kitchen no outfitted to cook for more then 4 people. Plan to eat out.
5. Real joy vacation failed to address many communication issues.

Claimed loss: poor vacations experience

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and some resolution. a partial refund would be nice. maybe 30% of the cost.
