RealJoy Vacations review: Not very satisfied

The house at realjoy 231 was nice and did sleep 10. However, there were so many problems with the property.
The 8 min. walk as listed to the beach was at least 20 min.
The eating table in the dining room was made out of pressed cardboard. The finish was warn in several places and I don't mean an few. there were 10 to 15 holes in the table top. More like a very cheep hotel, not a 5 star vacation home.
When we ask if someone could change the bulb in one of the bedrooms, he did and he blew out the garage that we never used because there was no way to access it from the outside. The maintenance man told us that we didn't need to walk on the wooden part of the deck to the pool because he fell through it. Dangerous! The master bedroom was large with a nice bathroom but both closets were locked by the owner with no place to hang clothes. The shower curtain had mildew on the bottom of it. There was plenty of seating inside and out but the furniture was so low it was not easy to get out of. The pool was nice.
No backs on any of the remotes in the house.
