I always check my receipts before leaving the Superstore because far too many times I've been overcharged. Last week I was charged for an item I didn't purchase. The customer service employee said it happens often at that till. Then today it happened again and when I went to customer service she said they had it fixed but obviously it's still not working right. This is ridiculous. Superstore is actually scamming people. If they know there's an issue then it's on them. I wonder how many people this happens too on a regular basis. I have receipts to prove it.
Desired outcome: The refunded me each time but my time waiting in line at customer service to fix their mistake is frustrating.
