I traded my car in on 5/8 to RCH. Today is 6/3 and my trade in still ain't paid off. Ain't got no title work yet to register the car.

I sold a vehicle to this dealership and it took them 3 months to send in the payoff check. In that time, my credit dropped tremendously due to no payment. It then got sold and reposed from the person who bought it. They finally sent in the pay off check but now there is a fee for the repo and they have yet to pay that to get the vehicle out. The person who purchased it has been without the vehicle since she bought it.

We bought a car from RCH Autoplex, but we had to bring it back within a month because of engine problems. Then, we got another car from them more than 5 months ago, but we still can't register it because they don't have the title. We've tried contacting them many times, but we haven't had any luck. Now we have two car loans with them, but we can only drive one car because we don't have plates for the other one! We're not sure what to do next and we need some assistance.

I got scammed by a car dealer when I traded in my 2017 Dodge Charger and bought a new vehicle. I did the trade-in on November 9, and the dealer promised to pay off my auto loan, which was $50,000. But it's been more than 3 months now, and they still haven't paid it off. The dealership went bankrupt and included my loan as part of their debt. They're supposed to take care of it since I signed papers saying they would.

On November 27, I bought a car from RCH Autoplex by trading in my old vehicle. However, they never paid off the loan for my old truck, so I don't have the title for it. Additionally, they didn't cover the warranty or gap insurance. To make matters worse, they have now filed for bankruptcy. I tried calling them multiple times to resolve these issues before they filed for bankruptcy, but they just gave me the runaround and were very rude. This situation is negatively impacting my credit. They were aware that they didn't have the funds to cover the payoffs, yet they continued doing business with customers and then had the audacity to file for bankruptcy.

We bought a Yukon Denali from this car place in September and also bought a warranty for it for $4,000.00. We had a problem with the car and tried to make a claim with the warranty company, but they told us our warranty wasn't active because the car place didn't pay for it. We contacted the car place and they've been giving us the runaround for the past few weeks. They haven't offered any solution and haven't shown us any proof that they actually paid the warranty company like they were supposed to. Meanwhile, we have a Yukon Denali just sitting in our driveway, not drivable.

I traded in my *** Outlander in July for a used car at RCH Autoplex in ***. I had positive equity in my Outlander. It's been six months and RCH Autoplex ain't paid off my loan for my Outlander. RCH Autoplex done messed up my credit by not paying my trade-in off, like they said they would in my agreement. Now my credit got them derogatory marks. When I called ACH Autoplex, they said they gonna fix their mistake and send me proof when they done. The date they said it gonna be fixed done passed, my auto loan ain't been paid off, and my credit still getting blamed for RCH Autoplex's mistake. I called again recently to talk to the salesman "***" who promised me this gonna be taken care of. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up. They ain't answering my calls and their mistake ain't been fixed.

We traded in a 2017 Dodge Durango, and my husband got another truck from RCH Autoplex, a 2015 Dodge Ram ***. This all happened in the beginning of November . They still haven't paid off the Durango. Also, they agreed to buy the truck back because it wasn't safe. The seats weren't bolted down, the seat belt was missing, the headlight fell out, and it started knocking when it went into eco mode. They even wrote it down and signed it that they would buy it back, so we left the truck there, but nothing has been done. So now my husband has 2 vehicles in his name and doesn't even have 1 of them to drive. This company just filed bankruptcy today, and now we don't know what's gonna happen. But I made a post about them on *** and found 20 other people that either they haven't paid off their trade-ins or they don't have title work after months. And they keep giving them paper plates.

I bought a truck from RCH Autoplex in December . I also got a service plan (they call it a warranty) for an extra $3000. The warranty had all the usual coverages. The first transaction went smoothly and I still have the truck. RCH said I would get the warranty paperwork, with my contract number and all, within 45 days. But it's been seven months and I still don't have the promised warranty info. I've called RCH more than a dozen times. Every time, they say they'll send the warranty info to my email soon. Once, they even said it would come the next day. But a whole week went by and no email. So I called RCH again, and they just said the same thing as before. RCH hasn't given me the warranty I paid for.

I bought a 2015 *** F150 from RCH Autoplex on Dec. 14, 2021, and traded in my 2013 *** Focus ST. But guess what? Just 9 hours later, the engine light came on! Can you believe it? I had bought this fancy extended bumper to bumper warranty, so I thought I was covered. I reached out to the dealership, and they told me to call a local service place. So, I made an appointment and waited for weeks while they did their diagnostics. And guess what they said? I needed a new engine! Can you imagine the shock?

But here's the kicker: the warranty company took a look at my truck and said they won't cover it because of some aftermarket parts. Can you believe the nerve? So now, my poor truck has been stuck at the service department since Dec. 17, 2021. I've been calling the dealership where I bought it, but all I've been getting is the runaround. It's been a real headache, let me tell you.

To make matters worse, the bank that gave me the loan for the traded-in vehicle has been hounding me. They still haven't received the payoff check, so now my loan is in default. Can you believe the mess I'm in? My credit is on the line, and it's not fair!

I've been trying everything I can to get this sorted out, but I feel like I'm hitting a brick wall. I'm at my wit's end. If anyone out there can help me, please, I'm begging you. I just want this nightmare to be over.

On 08/18, I went to this dealer to buy a used car and traded in my older vehicle. That day, after securing financing for my new car and them accepting my trade-in, I received paperwork explaining my responsibilities and the purchase details. However, it's now 10/05 and RCH Autoplex still hasn't fulfilled their end of the deal. They haven't paid off the full amount they agreed upon to my previous lender. Despite numerous phone calls and personal visits, this issue remains unresolved. The RCH staff assured me that they would take care of it, but unfortunately, my credit score keeps decreasing, causing damage. I was once in a good position to buy a home, but this situation has cost me that opportunity. I'm shocked by their lack of respect towards a customer who was once satisfied. Additionally, I haven't received any paperwork to obtain plates and registration for my new car, even after almost 2 months. I really need some assistance.

I waited to write this review for as long as possible cuz I wanted to believe this was a good dealership. My wife and I bought a truck from RCH in December . We drove over 2 hours to get it and the process was good. The truck seemed like they said, buying was easy, and we took it home. When we went to get an alignment, they found a major part missing under the truck. We told RCH and they agreed to take it back. They found another truck for us and we got it on Jan. 9, 2021. The second truck had some issues that cost us money, but I won't talk about that here since we bought it as is. The problem is the service after the purchase. It took until our temporary tag expired to get the paperwork submitted to the *** so we could register the truck. I had to ask multiple times for it. It was inconvenient to go to the *** on the last day after work. The biggest problem is that the dealership still owes us money. The contract had a certain payoff price for our trade-in. I waited for the payoff, but I had to make another payment on Jan. 23 for a car we didn't have anymore. They sent the payoff on Feb. 8, 2021, but it was for the current payoff after I made the extra payment. And they still left it $15 short, so I had to fix that. I contacted our salesperson multiple times, but he keeps saying the check will be sent or it's in the mail. It's March 10 and I still haven't gotten the check. I asked again recently and now I'm being ignored. Dealing with exchanging a vehicle, two problematic vehicles, fighting for registration, and not keeping the contract terms, I don't recommend this dealership. They care a lot about good Google reviews, and I would've given one if they kept their side of the deal. Everything was great at first and I thought we found a good dealership and salesperson. But that's not the case. We've bought many cars from different dealerships in the past 20 years and never had problems like this. I hope they fix this and I'll update the review if they do.
