Paddock Chevrolet I took my car to Paddock Chevrolet, Inc

I took my car to Paddock Chevrolet, Inc. for service. They kept my car for days and when they gave it back, they said there was no problem with it and charged me $600. But here's the thing, my car still randomly shuts off, which is a big safety issue!

Paddock Chevrolet Paddock Chevrolet messed up with the GMC Family First program

Paddock Chevrolet messed up with the GMC Family First program. They're supposed to keep the new and unused cars safe and use them as service vehicles. But instead, they're selling them as lot vehicles, pretending they're brand new. They don't bother telling the customers about it. They need to fix this and start following the proper guidelines set by GMC. The rulebook is there for a reason, after all.

Paddock Chevrolet I went to Paddock Chevrolet because there was a noise in the front of my 2005 Envoy

I went to Paddock Chevrolet because there was a noise in the front of my 2005 Envoy. They pointed out the issue and fixed it, but an hour later, I still heard the noise in the front. They charged me $240.00 for what they said was the problem, but now they want me to pay $900.00 for what they claim is the real problem. So basically, I spent $240.00 for nothing. When I asked for a refund of my $240, the service department said no.

Paddock Chevrolet I was asked to give some credit info as part of car shopping

I was asked to give some credit info as part of car shopping. When I asked if it was a hard or soft inquiry, they said it was only a soft inquiry. Since I wasn't at the shopping point for a hard inquiry to affect my credit report, I went ahead with the application. I had no reason to not believe them, as no price or terms were discussed. I think they deceived me on purpose, knowing it could lower my credit score if I bought from another dealership. This could affect the loan interest rate.

Paddock Chevrolet A recall was issued on Aug-13-2021 for a defective air bag in my vehicle

A recall was issued on Aug-13-2021 for a defective air bag in my vehicle. Paddock Chevrolet sent me a notification (see attached) to have the dealer fix the issue. I made an appointment to have Paddock Chevrolet repair the airbag, but when I arrived, the service center told me that my dashboard would be damaged. They said that neither Paddock Chevrolet nor *** would be responsible because of the age of my vehicle. I refused to sign off on a waiver in the event of damage, which would cost thousands of dollars to replace the dashboard. This is not right. They are asking me to sign a waiver that would not hold them responsible for damages. The recall was issued because metal fragments could deploy from the inflators, causing serious bodily injury or death. I want them to repair the problem and return my vehicle to me without any damages caused by their workmanship.

Paddock Chevrolet I took my 2006 *** to Paddock Chevrolet, Inc

I took my 2006 *** to Paddock Chevrolet, Inc. for service because the check engine light was on. I needed to have the camshaft sensor replaced. However, when I got my truck back, it had a lot of trouble starting and ran very rough. They told me it was because of the timing chain. We had a heated argument about it, but they basically said it wasn't their problem. I suspect they purposely broke my truck so that I would either pay the $4000 repair cost for the timing chain or so that the service manager, Dave, could buy my truck himself. I refused to continue dealing with them and ended up buying a new vehicle from them because I didn't have any other options. The next day, when I went to pick up my new vehicle, several different workers mentioned that Dave was interested in buying my truck. I declined the offer. Before taking my truck to Paddock Chevrolet, Inc., I never had any issues with the timing. It always started without any problems.

Paddock Chevrolet In March 2022, I ordered a new vehicle from Paddock Chevrolet using the employee discount from General Motors

In March 2022, I ordered a new vehicle from Paddock Chevrolet using the employee discount from General Motors. I was kinda hesitant to place the order 'cause of the chip shortage, and I had a feeling that dealers were sellin' new cars without givin' any discounts. But the salesman assured me that everyone was bein' treated the same, so I went ahead and ordered the vehicle, puttin' down a $1000 deposit.

After six weeks, I realized that my order hadn't even been placed yet. So, I went to *** for an oil change, and they tried to sell me a vehicle that was already on its way. They also mentioned that I could get my deposit back if I didn't sign for a vehicle. So, I've been callin' Paddock multiple times to ask for my refund, but I haven't had any luck so far.

The salesman even called me and tried to convince me to take delivery of a vehicle from their stock. But I told him about my *** deal, and he didn't seem to think I could get my deposit back. I've left messages for the general manager, sales manager, and finance manager, but no one has bothered to call me back.

Paddock Chevrolet I bought a new Chevy Traverse on September 9th and paid cash for it

I bought a new Chevy Traverse on September 9th and paid cash for it. I also got some extended warranties, including a ceramic clear coat to protect the paint. After the dealer applied the ceramic coat and washed the car, I noticed some white stuff on different parts of the truck and on the moldings. So, I took the car to get washed again, but the stuff on the moldings didn't come off. When I wiped down the driver side, passenger side, and rear door, I saw that the paint was chipped off and there was some light rust. I called to make an appointment to fix the issue, but I had to reschedule due to health problems. Finally, I had an appointment on October 11.

I went to the service department and showed the service tech all the areas with the problem. He told me it was because of the ceramic coating and said he would try to remove the spots. After he finished, we saw that the previous damage was still visible. The service tech said that putting more stuff on the moldings wouldn't help and might make it worse. My partner then spoke with Tony M, Joe F, detail manager Derrick, and Darren Paddock. They said they wanted another chance to fix the moldings on the new truck since the first attempt didn't work. I would like a new truck instead of the damaged one I received from day one.

Paddock Chevrolet I got oil changes at Paddock Chevrolet, Inc

I got oil changes at Paddock Chevrolet, Inc. and after each one, my engine had problems. This time, the engine seized up. A few weeks after an oil change, the engine had problems again, and it cost me almost $4 thousand dollars to repair. When I told Paddock about it, they told the warranty company that my truck only had 3 quarts of oil left, but there were no leaks in the oil pan or anywhere else. Oil doesn't evaporate, it burns off, and there was no sign of burning oil in the vehicle. There's no way my truck should have had only 3 quarts of oil after an oil change. Paddock Chevrolet is not taking responsibility for the mistakes they made, and they even want me to pay over $700 for engine diagnostics. They didn't give me the bill until I went to the dealer on November 27th, to ask for a solution. The invoice they gave me that day didn't have my correct information on it, and it didn't break down the service provided to the engine. It even had someone else's license plate number on it, which makes me think they mixed up my information with someone else's. The service listed on the invoice doesn't match the amount they're charging. Removing the oil pan shouldn't cost $700. I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm an older woman and might not know much about vehicle repairs. I've been inconvenienced for over 5 months without transportation. I can't afford to lose my job during this pandemic. I work at a hospital and my job is essential, so I need to be there every day. Even my managers (Assistant Director of Nursing) have been helping me get to work because my job is so important. I shouldn't have been treated or inconvenienced like this. I've been patient and given the dealer a chance to fix my vehicle or give me a replacement.
