This dealership been givin' me lots of hassle, and the most recent ordeal is a doozy. My ride's been drinkin' oil and I done took it in twice to get fixed up. But dang it all, that problem just keeps a-comin' back. Can ya believe it? Turns out there's a recall for that very issue on 2017 Kias, but they never told me about it. Instead they're tryna sell me a brand new car! I ain't havin' none of that, I want my car fixed up proper. Reckon I might need a completely new engine, and I don't wanna pay a dime for it. If they can't make it right, then they best be givin' me a new car to replace this lemon, 'cause I'm still payin' 'em good money every month.

I buyed my new car on June 1st and they try to sell me something they call gap insurance. I say no. They tell me I sign a new contract without it. I think it okay. When It time to pay, it same price. I go back to dealership and finance man says bank can't take contract. He was about to shred it. I say no gap insurance, he say okay. I sign something else. Payments might be same but shorter. I call they say they call me back, they don't. I go to bank on Sept 11. They tell me dealership could have take out gap insurance next day. Bank doesn't have new contract. I ask bank to call dealership. Finance man pretend he don't know me and pass blame to someone not there. Unethical!

I had trouble with my truck and had to take it to Ray Skillman Shadeland Kia for repairs. I waited for a week, but when I got it back, I noticed an exhaust leak. I took it back, and someone told me they needed to order a part, but then they went on vacation. Another salesman eventually called me in, but the same noise persisted, and he told me it wasn't the exhaust but the engine that was the problem. I eventually took it to another dealership, where they found that the bolt was cross-threaded. They fixed the issue and put me in a rental car while they did it. Ray Skillman should take responsibility for their sub-par work that caused me much wasted time and money. It cost me over $2000 to fix everything.
