I'm a regular at rainbows I love the store.. but today I'm sitting here a950 am it's now 10 :20 am n nthe store is not open .. I guess we open the store whenever we want around here .. and also why are all rainbows closing at 8 pm I would shop much more if I could stop by after work sometimes but there always closed rite at 8 on the dot. So we can close up on schedule but can not open on schedule .. I only had 30 minuite today before work bc after work rainbows is closed .. I was going to shop but now I have to leave n won't be back ... I just want to shop ... !

I am filing a complaint against the store located at311 S Slappey Blvd, Albany, GA 31701 I was treated very poorly as a customer I was demeaned shamed for being overweight and made fun of by customer Representatives. I walked in I wanted to purchase a dress for church that was on the mannequin . I was then told oh my God that dress is way too small for you I said but I'm wearing a medium and it's stretchy then the customer representative pointed to another female and said she's way smaller than you and she can't even fit it and they began to make comments about me. I felt like I was being racially profiled and demeaned however I needed a church for dress so I continue to shop I stepped out to the store to get money out of the ATM and came back in upon finding clothing and standing at the register another customer walked in that was at least two sizes bigger than me she was purchasing a shirt that was clearly really small they did not make any mention to her or demean her or put her down I believe that I was mistreated and demeaned this woman was also African-American that walked in and I believe that's why they did not treat her the way they treated me I do believe I was racially profiled and demeaned and treated very poorly as a customer. The goal for a customer representative is to encourage customers to come back and purchase items not discourage them and make them feel demeaned. I am a frequent customer and I make large purchases however after yesterday's experience I will not be returning . I also would like to point out that the representatives were fairly huge and for them to shame me for being overweight or conduct themselves the way they did was highly inappropriate and unprofessional I and making this complaint to assure that no other customer is demeaned in the manner that I was and I would like to see the customer Representatives reprimanded or put in some kind of classes to learn good work ethics and good customer service skills. It was very unacceptable how I was treated yesterday. I come as a customer expressing my feelings however my family have been prominent business owners and I never in my life treated any customer the way I was treated yesterday.

I will never step food into another Rainbow store. Ever.

The woman working in this store was so unbelievably rude.. when I asked her if the dressing rooms were open she said “No but just try it on in the corner over your shirt”. When I refused and said no thank you I would rather not the employee said very loudly “Fine, Bye then!”

This woman has absolutely no customer service skills or common decency. I have never been treated so poorly or more embarrassed.

This is a formal complaint against store # 00044, cashier # 5499BW. On August 18, 2021 I was shopping and ready to purchase several items at the checkout counter.

The aforementioned, cashier express that I could not purchase one item because there was no barcode tag on the item. When I then asked her if she could call a Manager to perhaps create one for the item. She repeated herself again in nasty condescending tone as if I was incapable of comprehending her earlier statement and disregarding my later inquiry.

When I objected to her rudeness, she continued a torrent of back-and-forth insults even to the point of stating "now I am going to wait on line" even though there were no other customers waiting?! Know that cashier # 5499BW is a liability to your establishment. Her behavior will if not corrected will result in a lawsuit for damages against your store and/or bad Rainbow brand publicity. You can never know who or what caliber of a person is shopping at your store(s). She has no customer service skills or self control. If she is unhappy with her job she should not even work there. At on point she was so belligerent I felt threatened enough to say - I am going to video record you.

Thankfully, cashier # 8977KL @ terminal 002, time 20:23 was much more courteous and assisted by checking out my selections with no further incident and should be commended.

On Sunday 4/24/2021 between 3-4pm I was shopping at the Ft Campbell Rainbow in Clarksville Tn. I was in the store for an hour and at checkout I was told a total of 4 times that the earrings that I was purchasing was a final sell. I told the cashier I understand and I have never returned anything and I would never return earrings after I wore them she proceeded to argue with me. I told her all want to do is check out. She kept talking then I asked for the manager. The manager instead of diffusing the situation added while her employee started threatening me and calling me obscenities. I asked again and again yo check out so I can leave she finally said I cannot purchase my items and another employee came up and told her to call the police. I never got to purchase my items after an hour of me being in the store. I was verbally abuse by both employees and the manager. I never raised my voice. I am so disappointed because I shop here frequently and feel I was treated poorly. When it was not warranted. Every employee in that store include the manager was out of line. This is beyond training. The young lady threatened to put her hands on me and called me obscenities in front of the manager. They were the ones yelling and being belligerent yet they even threatened to call the police when they're the ones that were being aggressive. On order number 25352344, 12/19 I ordered a pair of joggers & sweatshirt. I received two pair of joggers no sweatshirt. I was unaware of the 30 day policy and contacted customer service on 3/11. I received a free shipping code to reorder the sweatshirt and in the email it states upon returning the joggers I will receive a refund. I'm now being told it's past the 30 days and no refund will be given. I have in writing I will receive a refund and I want that to be honored. Please refund back to my original payment method.

I've been buying clothes at Rainbow for 25 years. Recently I ordered off the website for the first time.

I wasn't concerned if anything did not fit since the website said I could return to the store and avoid the return shipping. As it turned out one type of shirt I ordered was much shorter than expected, so I needed to return them. The other basic tee shirts which I have bought in the past fit well as I thought it would. The problem was in the past these basic tees were always made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.

That is also what it says on the website. They were not. They are now made with 57% cotton, 38% polyester and 5% spandex. Sadly, I now needed to return everything.

When I got to the store, they said they could only give me store credit because I used paypal. If I sent it back by mail I could get a refund, but then Id be charged $7 for the return shipping. I took the store credit as I only had 7 days to do the return. Rainbow shops has essentially stolen $54 from me that they will not refund.

It is trapped on a store credit that I do not want to use. The clothing I bought and had to return had false descriptions of the material they were made from on the website. That alone should be enough for any decent vendor to apologize for their mistakes and refund my money. The website also said nothing about not being able to get a refund at the stores if you used paypal.

This was only on the invoice sent in the mail with the order. I will never shop at Rainbow again. I will spend the next few weeks making sure every place I can review, gets a review.

This was false advertising by Rainbow and their lack of caring to fix the problem only makes it more appalling. I want to make sure that everyone know about the paypal scam on Rainbow to keep your money.
