I brought item up to register. I brought to the attention of the cashier that the item had a button missing but it was in a inconspicuous spot so I still wanted to purchase it. The mgr. took 10% off. I asked if I was still allowed to return it if upon further inspection, I find. more defects. She told me yes. Then AFTER taking my money did she inform me that she made a mistake and that the sale was final. I would not have purchased the item of that was the case. I feel very mislead. It's not my job to know the return policy of your store. I assumed that since I was speaking with a manager that she was competent in knowing the return policy. Now because of the incompetence of your manager giving me the wrong information I have an outfit that I can and will never be able to wear. my problem is not with the return policy. My problem is that the employee have me the wrong information and based on said information, I made my purchase.
I will not check my spelling before posting a comment.I'm the customer.you are supposed to service me.if I make a mistake in my spelling, I'm very confident that you will still know what I am trying to say.instead of worrying about my spelling, please train your workers correctly.please be fair.please treat the customer like we matter.please do not ask me to check my spelling.please check your shelves for defective items.basically take responsibility for yourselves and don't worry about spelling mistakes from irate customers that fell that you ripped them off.
