Rainbow Shops

I went shopping to Rainbow in Blackwood NJ. There were 10 staff members behind the register. There were 4 employees with no masks and 2 with masks below the nose or on the chin. This limited the shipping experience as a customer because I was not able to go to jewelry or shoes risking myself near employees with no masks. I did not purchase anything as employees running the registers were not wearing masks. They have signs in the store for masks to be worn, but employees are not following their own rules. This is risking customers and the safety of customers.

I bought a black shirt with bell sleeves for $4.99 because I liked it. I always wash everything first but I didn't notice the horrible oil smell it had. I washed it 3x and couldn't get it out. I bought other ones before just like it and they smelled just fine. Unfortunately if I had smelled it first I could have taken it back. I just threw my money out the window because I had to throw it out.

I was discriminated against by manager Tiana. She had no name tag so I do not know if that is her real name. She alluded to me being a thief and refused to help me. My daughter had received birthday gifts and a shirt from Rainbow was one. I did not have a receipt since it was a wrapped gift..Tiana refused to help me exchange the shirt for a bigger size. I asked if I could find the same shirt so she could see how much it was and she said no because for all she knows it was stolen. I asked if she could look up the product number and she said no...there no such thing. I went to three other stores to exchange other clothes that were too small and everyone looked at the tag for product number and happily assisted me. I went to a different Rainbow and they simply said to get the same shirt so they could see price and allowed me to exchange the shirt without any name calling or disrespect. This woman should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!
