I saw a shirt online, brought it and then purchased the same shirt but in a different color in the store. I went to return the product and was told that I couldn't because it was considered a bodywear. The shirt has 2 snaps at the bottom and sheer sleeves. I did not wear it, tag is still attached and I have my receipt. It has not be 7 days since I purchased it. I talked with a customer service rep and she said that this is not an under garment would be consider a bodysharper or bodywear. Then she told me that the in store policies are outdated because what is said in the stores is not what's on the return policy when purchasing online. Now I'm stuck with a shirt a don't want and has never worn. Probably wouldn't have purchased it if the return policy was visible instead of behind other stuff on the counter and maybe it would be nice is the associate would tell you. I am not satisfied right now with the return policy especially when it is a product not worn. At least the customer service rep was nice and very helpful. Need more like them in the stores.
