I bought more than 4 chargers this year from different Quicktrip gas stations and they ALL stop working after a couple of weeks. I bought the 6ft iphone charger 2 in the color purple and 2 in blue, these chargers cost damn near $30 in Dallas Texas where i currently live and they are not worth it at all! you cant return them after a certain time.. i honestly gave them a try but i wouldnt pay no more than $5 for those chargers. I have a charger that i bought from dollar general for $10 thats has lasted longer than Quiktrip chargers. i am very disappointed and i want my money back of something.

On December 29th I stopped at QT at 765 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, GA at 6:20pm for gas and visited the restroom. I have ALWAYS loved QT because any that I ever visited was clean and fresh. While the floors in the store were clean but wet from mopping and I might say a bit slippery for senior citizens to be walking on, the Men's Bathroom was absolutely FILTHY. There was garbage in the urinal and urine ALL over and around on the floor. It obviously had not been cleaned for some time. ONE bad experience can have a detrimental effect on future uses of the station. I used to work for HR so I know. I would NEVER want to return to this particular station and if it had been my first visit to QT I would never be returning to another QT.

On November 26, 2023, at 4:30pm, I visited the 4216 Store in Bennett, Colorado to pump a tank of gas. On November 27, 2023, I noticed my bank account had over $300 in transactions from 4216 Bennett. Turns out I bought one $50.23 tank of gas and wound up with $300 of holds on my account. One for $175.00 and one for $124.77. I called the help desk and was told it could take 7 to 10 days for these transactions to drop off. This is simply preposterous and unacceptable. I will never, ever pull into QT for gas again. I travel 60,000 miles a year for work. I would rather run on E to the next gas station then ever stop at a QT! Do not use QT for gas unless you pay cash.

Pendleton South Carolina at the time at the time it was 9:50pm I came in just getting off work myself hungry as crap seen that your kitchen lights were still on and order machine was still on so I proceeded to order to grocery sandwiches and check out when he comes up to me and says I’m sorry but our kitchen is closed. Actually, And Lee is not to the clock and he said, but it’s close, your signs and everything are still on well I said we’re closed. He just didn’t want to make my food and it’s very very irritating if the kitchen was closed before 10 o’clock, then all of the lights and everything should’ve been off in the kitchen the menu should’ve been off , the order screen should’ve been off he was just standing back there talking to say I walked out. I didn’t purchase a damn thing for me people I was going to get a drink and a hotdog but your help don’t want to help customer so I left.

I lived in my rental house for 5 years then qt swooped in buying my house from our land lordat way over value to secure the land instead of us getting a chance to buy it ok so i understand busines so i get it but the really bad part is they made this purchase late in the year and gave us only a very short period of time to move again i get it but after being loyal customers to the companyfor 5 years they decide to make our moveout date a month before christmas and thanksgiving rite around the corner as well so we are left looking for a house to move into instrad of buying chritmas presentsfor our kids or having our normal thanksgiving as we do every year qt didnt care at all about us loosing our home a month before christmas they only care about their money not their customers the ones that make them their money then to think they run us out of house and home for only a carwash thanks qt for taking everything from us

Hello I just left Quick Trip off of 1604 and Marbach Rd I needed change and the woman who was helping me was very rude she had no change in her register went to the other register and proceeded to grab all $1 dollar bills which I’m okay with but then tossed the loose change in my hand and slammed the dollars in My hand the other associate did witness and explained “oh my god” . Very unprofessional I didn’t think QT would allow such behavior I have a couple memebers who are employed through Qt and to receive this kind of customer service is unacceptable please QT train your employees to do and be better to set an example!

QT in tulsa ok 51 st Harvard employee make accusation of me not paying for a sandwich because I asked for it to be wrapped a certain way for my daughters lunch to which I've done for at least 2 years shes a Edison Preparatory student I will admit I've stopped coming to that particular Qt because they didn't have may females in the kitchen and the males dont have the ability to make the sandwich the right way. So I watched her as she made my sandwich with attitude and wasn't prompt with it. She told me I could pay for it now I told her no I will after I make sure she makes it the way I asked her. She finished and left it on the counter in the kitchen I proceeded to check out told the clerk my sandwich is in the kitchen she told him to make sure it was paid for that really passed me off the audacity of her.

I went to 3 different Quick Trips seeking a Safe Place from the police. I even had a sign saying that they put me in ICU in front of me when they attacked me on your property. They did so because I asked your staff if I was in a Safe Place. Everything that took place was on both audio and video. I need an accident report because the police tackled me on your property, while I was extremely ill. They shouldn't have been called, only the DOJ, because it's a fact that I am diagnosed with PTSD from too many police beatings. I will sign all my medical history over to you in return for the audio and video of these things. The Harvard and Admerial store had 10's of 20's of police in your parking lots (whatever one's I was at) waiting to attack me.

So I prepaid for ten dollars of gas. The fuel pump slowed to a crawl dispensing the fuel a penny at a time starting at 8.50. That's total BS. My guess is that you know people will get impatient and not wait for all of the fuel to be dispensed. Thus, you get their money without dispensing all of the fuel. I will never purchase anything from QT again. Freakin' scum.

This morning I went into the QT on Munsell Rd, Alpharetta, GA, to purchase my daily coffee and doughnut. The weather had been heavy rains all through the night and everything was soaked, including me and my bags that I had with me.

This morning I was traveling by bus (metro), and upon arrival at the store/location, I left my bags just outside of the side door, to prevent all the water that had collected on my bags, from being spread throughout the store (morning store traffic is heavy)

After paying for my coffee and donut, I left the store and went to the location where I had left my bags, and decided to sit down by the building and consume what I had purchased (it was the ONLY dry spot in the area.) Typically I would sit at the outdoor tables; weather permitting, but at the hour, it was still misting rain.

While sitting there, Summer (manager on duty) came by and told me that I could not sit in that location, and that I would have to move. I fully explained the situation (as she, herself, could see my reasoning for making my decision.) Not backing down on her demands, I went inside the store and pulled enough napkins to wipe dry a portion of the table; where I could sit and complete my snack. While sitting there, the weather was still misty.

Before leaving the store, I approached Summer again, telling her that I was really unhappy about how she had handled the situation. She gave me some lame excuse that the last guy that would not leave the area was arrested for trespassing, and that "management" did not allow people to come and sit in the area all day. What that had to do with my situation escapes me, because neither one of her arguments were applicable to my situation!

One thing I might add, "drill sergeant management" never wins over the customer base!

Employee does not have a sense of urgency and we waited a good time to be cashed out I take a look on fotage for your slef we never leave reviews this is the first time I do employee seems to be whith a mad face no hello at all charged us and walked away this is not a person that should be in management not a great role model for others there

I approached the counter and he came forward to check me out. I asked, "Doing alright tonight"? He said, "Horrible. Anything else"? I'm not sure what y'all's protocol is but bad customer service and not greeting guests is not acceptable and when I tried to greet and make the awkward situation a little more pleasant, I'm treated with contempt. I hope you all do him a favor and correct his actions so he doesn't float through life thinking he can do whatever he likes and get away with it. What a poor representation of QT. I didn't focus on what I believe to be Jamison J's name badge near West Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer SC but I would prefer to never go to that location again and go to the Spinx a few hundred feet away instead vs. being handled like how he stepped forward t away from the other associates to come take my order and treat me.
