Complaint follow-up

They replaced my original well completely. The cost was 8k. Now my irrigation system does not come on due to low pressure. I called and they came by after several calls. They inspected the well and had no clue why the pressure was not working for the irrigation system. Now they stopped calling or returning my calls.I guess I need to find another company to find out what is going on. I'm out $8,000 and who knows how much it will cost to fix my pressure while my lawn drys out.

Desired outcome: Would like to get the water pressure they guaranteed.

My well pump burned out and I needed help on a Saturday , Jerry and Billy came to my rescue! They were awesome and replaced the pump in no time. Quick, professional and reasonably priced, I will definitely call on them for my water needs from now on!
