QB has been a lifesaver fer our small business. It's easy to use and helps us keep track of all our finances. The payroll feature is especially helpful and saves us a lot of time. We used to do it all by hand and it was a real pain in the neck. QB has made it so much easier.

But QuickBooks has locked the payroll module. It feels like they're holding me hostage. They're saying "pay us or redo all your payroll again". What a disgusting way to do business!

I am a small minority owned business. I use QuickBooks Intuit to process my credit cards using a card swipe purchased from them. On June the 16th the card swipe stopped working. I was able to key in the credit card information but this is a much more expensive process. Swiped I pay 2.97 for a 170.00 purchase. If I have to key in the information, I pay $5.18 for the same 170.00 purchase. For 100.00 swipe - $1.85 vs keyed in $3.15.

I called QuickBooks and spoke with a representative, after much time and investigation, the agent told me it was due to an update on the software and they were working on the issue.

After numerous phone calls, finally on the 17th of July I get an email that the problem has been fixed. Each time I spoke to someone I pointed out their error was costing me more money. One agent said "it's only a dollar". Which it is more but even if it is how many customers do they have. The could be making a million dollars a day.

I have asked numerous times to get reimbursed for the additional charges. They continue to deny to reimburse me for these additional expenses.
