Queenfy item was never shipped

I ordered two dresses on November 6th. Paid for expedited shipping for 5 to 7 working days. I received a notice five days later that it was sent to US PS. Only to find out that they have been sitting there since November 11 and have yet to be shipped. Today is the 15th and my item still hasn't been shipped. My money was taken immediately and I paid for expedited shipping to have it on time for my birthday. Order#43302

Queenfy diamond decor printed bodycon dress

I ordered that dress on September 26 of last month and it was suppose to be delivered to the shipping address 7126 nw 14th pl apt#2 Miami FL 33147 United States within 5-7 working days but it has been longer than 5-7 working days I would like to know why is it taking so long to be delivered can you get back in contact with me at [protected] because I been calling and nobody been answering the phone

I ordered several items from their website a month ago and was immediately charged as usual. I also paid fifty dollars for a quick delivery that would deliver my package within a week.
