The Pyramid Collection nasty customer service

I placed an order for a ring (99.95) and a top (49.95) plus shipping and handling (16.95). I sent them a check for $166.85. When I saw that they didn't have the size I needed on the ring and the top was in back ordered I canceled the entire order and asked them for a refund. They sent be a check for the top (49.95). I still have not received the refund of the ring (99.95) and the shipping and handling (16.95). Every time I call the customer service they are rude and nasty to me. I have called them five times and I keep getting the check is being mailed. I will never ever buy anything from The Pyramid Collection. How dare them treat a paying customer the way I have been treated. their products are cheaply made and are over prized. They are nasty, nasty.

I placed a very large order to Pyramid Collection on 10/13/21 that arrived on 10/21/21, I was very disappointed in the materials used, the quality and size. I returned the entire order on 10/25/21 and have not received my refund yet, even though I live in the same State. Each time I call, they tell me they can’t help me because their systems are down and to call back in 24-48 hours. Each time I call they say the same thing. After reading all the reviews, I am very worried I won’t receive my refund of $943.43 or the $8.95 return shipping! I will never order from them again as their customer service is lousy and their products are not as advertised. I’m not sure where to turn at this point to resolve this and get my money back.

I ordered a pair of sandals from you on the above referenced order number, which were not the size as advertised. I spoke with a customer service representative who stated that the size actually printed on the sandal itself was for the European market, however, that was not disclosed to me on the website at my time of purchase. In any event, this was your error as I purchased these sandals domestically assuming the size described was my size. I then returned the sandals and because of the amount of time it takes to get an exchange, I requested a refund instead. My return tracking shows that the sandals were delivered back to you on 05/21/2015 today is 06/01/2015 and I still do not have my money back. I also faxed a copy of the receipt where I paid shipping to return sandals and requested a refund of the shipping amount. Each time I call your customer service or email, my inquiries are either ignored or the representative very rudely tells me that my refund has not been processed, they cannot tell me where in the return process I am or if you even received my fax of the shipping receipt. I cannot fully express my frustration and irritation with your company at this point. I have never been treated so badly by any company. Why is it so hard to refund my money? You had no problem taking it! I am demanding a full refund for both the product and my shipping fee. I have already filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue bad mouthing your company on every social media site and blog I can find until you return my money. This company is criminal!

The Pyramid Collection customer service

I always loved Pyramid Collections clothes and would request them as gifts from family members. I received two items from my mother-in-law last Christmas but did not care for them. I contacted Pyramid Collection numerous times concerning exchanging these items but was told the refund would go back on my MIL's credit card. I did not want this as I did not want her to know that I did not like her gifts but they would not budge. Finally, a cust svc rep suggested I send the items to 'Charlene' and advise her of the situation and that I did not want my MIL notified in any way. I wrote in large letters at the top 'GIFT EXCHANGE' and pleaded in the body of the letter for my MIL not to be contacted. I listed items for an EVEN exchange and provided my credit card number for any shipping charges. I just called to check on the status of the exchange and was advised that they CREDITED MY MIL's CREDIT CARD! I am soooo angry, I told them to remove my name from their database. For Pyramid Collection and all other companies they own (North Style). There are plenty of other places to shop.

The Pyramid Collection total scam & misrepresentation

Ordered items 7/17/2011
Popup encouraged me to CLICK for $20 OFF today's order.
I signed up for Pyramid Collection's trial offer and gave my CC info.
No $20 OFF was applied to my order.
I repeatedly clicked Customer Service Contact link.
Every time I completed all fields, clicked "Continue" to submit..POOF! I was right back to the same page but with all fields cleared.
I called and not ONE sales rep understood what my BEEF was about.
I finally typed a real, paper ltr of complaint, printed it out and SENT it in a real envelope w/stamp to the company headqtrs in MA.
Today is 7/17/2011.
Not only has my RUSH ORDER seemingly sent on the 7/18 not arrived yet, but I have rec'd no response to ANYTHING!
So...they got me to pay extra for EXPEDITED SHPG.
I have NOT REC'D MY ORDER and it's been almost 2 WKS!
They got to me to provide my CC for a Trial Offer to get $20 OFF. Then never gave me the damn $20 OFF.
They got to me to spend time after clicking CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE completing all these fields - MULTIPLE TIMES - w/o EVER SUCCESSFULLY being able to SUBMIT (round & round I went).
They made me MAD ENOUGH to SEND a SNAIL MAIL LTR to which they NEVER RESPONDED.
...and they made me MAD ENOUGH to take the time and energy to type THIS DAMN LTR on www.complaintsboard.com.
NEXT is the AG office! I am SO MAD!
Whew! Was that as good for you as it was for me? Well it STILL is NOT GOOD!

Sorry. Typo. I said today's date was 7/17 and I still had not rec'd my items nor a response from Pyramid Collection. I MEANT to type today's date as 7/27! It would appear I was a bit impatient if it was same day as my order and I was blowing a gasket.

The Pyramid Collection don't buy from them!

If you expect to get the product when you order it. Don't
If you expect it delivered to a physical address, don't
If you expect it to be in stock, don't.
If you have any expectation so of this company, it will be your demise.

I paid for standard shipping and had it sent to a rural address in NM. The order form does not give you the option of giving additional delivery instructions, so I sent an email WELL before the order shipped out, with some special instructions. I put the order number with the email so it would be an easy match up. They did not care and the additional information never got put together with the order. The order was shipped on Feb 7. This is Feb 18 and I just found out that the order will now be returned to Pyramid because, I paid for FEDEX or UPS Shipping but they secretly use FedEx post which means it goes to the post office but the post office there does not deliver to the physical address so low and behold my daughter will never get her birthday gift now.
This company has been nothing but a dissapointment and truly the only way to let them know that they suck is NOT to buy from them.

I erroneously ordered an "Angel Tear" necklace with a, supposedly, sterling silver chain. First of all, the "quartz" necklace was a piece of plastic. and the chain was almost non-existent, i.e. so flimsy one could barely see it with the naked eye. They misrepresented it, and how they were able to do it was with a macro lens, which made it look bigger in the catalog, and when it was received, I almost needed a jeweler's glass to see it. What a scam, and I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn they will soon go belly up, because that's what needs to happen.
They are riding on the coattails of a past reputation when they were, at least, passable.

The shipping costs are ridiculously high, the merchandise looks nothing like the picture, the quality and construction of their garments are incredibly poor for the price they charge and the sizes are nowhere near correct! I ordered from them a year or so ago and said I would never again. Unfortunately, I broke my own rule, placed another order this year and found that I should have stuck to my guns. Nothing has changed with this company. Poor quality for a high price. I believe they know everything will be returned and therefore, charge a ridiculously high shipping charge, in order to make any sort of profit. I will NEVER, EVER order clothing from this company again and only other type products if I have an outstanding coupon! I suggest you do the same!

The Pyramid Collection unreliable and shady

Been looking a the purple Crocheted Back Dress since April. Wanted to order it. The website said the dress was always out of stock but due in on certain dates. When that date came, there was a new due by date posted. The item was perpetually "out of stock." 7/28/2010 I emailed customer service about when it would be in stock and was told that it is in stock now so go ahead and order it. I did. Miracuously the web site changed that day to read "In Stock". All their items are SEVERELY OVER PRICED so I considered this a very special purchase. Besides I searched the internet for the dress and cannot find it anywhere else. After I ordered the dress and was charged $70 to my credit card by pyramid. I went to check my order status and it said "Back Ordered!" I called the company and was told that the item was back ordered and that I was told the wrong information about it being in stock. Pyramid Collection tricked me into buying an item they knew they didnt have. This dress probably doesnt even exist!

I have had a 100% satisfaction rate with The Pyramid Collection. Don't believe one persons opinion, that didn't get what she wanted at a cheap price. This is high quality merchandise at a very reasonable price. After reading the comment, I have decided that no matter what, this particular customer is the shady one who is trying to get something for nothing.

The Pyramid Collection misrepresented merchandise/grossly overpriced

I recently ordered the black pirate queen dress to be my wedding dress. When I placed the order, the dress was pictured with a purple bodice and the description stated "shirred and elasticized around the bodice." I read through the entire description and not once did it mention the bodice being sold separately, or even give the option on the page. I noticed today when I went to the site, that it's been changed, now it clearly states that it is sold separately and gives you the option on the page. I think it's curious timing if you ask me. The dress itself is $100! It would be worth it if it were made of decent materials, but it's a thin see-through layer of cotton...nothing else! The shipping was RIDICULES! It cost me $12 to get the dress stuffed into a bag and shoved into my mailbox through the USPS! I spoke to a customer service rep for their site who called me a liar because the site was not changed and the best she could do for me is let me send it back so they can refund my shipping costs. This site is not to be trusted, they have grossly over priced product and it's represented falsely. I will be sending the dress back for a full refund of all my shipping costs and the cost of the dress. They should be ashamed of themselves for running a business this way, and I hope in the future they respect thier customers, because I feel terribly disrespected.

Pyramid Collection has the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered...and I mean EVER. I have been trying to get my money back for days now on an item they ran out of. The order opperators insist on just transferring you to some "customer service" number where you will sit on hold for a MINIMUM of 25 minutes. I've had to deal with this 4 times now, and still have not gotten my money back - even after I was assured last week that the funds were being credited back. I am now at the point where I am contacting my credit card company to reverse the transaction. I will NEVER purchase another damn thing from them again and will advise others not to either. Other merchants carry the same, if not similar items and we consumers should not have to put up with this kind of crap.

The Pyramid Collection backorder debacle

Ordered a ring from them. Item ended up being on backorder. Received card after 30 days saying if I wish to cancel the order simply don't fill out or send it back. Well here we are 90 days later and I see a charge for the ring on my statement and apparently its been shipped out! Called and customer svc, though somewhat nice, couldn't do anything to help. They said that they sent another card at 60 days backordered saying the opposite of the 30 day card, that is, to cancel the order i would have to send in the card signed. If it was cancelled by not filling out the 30 day card, why would I get another one (i never remembered receiving) in 30 days. Poppycock! They said i could return item but I'm out 18 bucks for shipping so NO THANKS! This isn't the first issue I've had with them either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS unless you have extreme patience to deal with their BS.

The Pyramid Collection poor customer service

Won't answer e-mails, VERY, VERY, rude on the phone. Promises a quick refund for returns, yet states on the phone it can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Always seems to be backordered, yet when you order the item is in stock, and the e-mail confirmation states so as well.

Wow! I am glad that I read this. I get the catalog and was considering buying some of the clothes. Then I ran into their official Facebook page and many people complained about them more than sang their praises.

The Pyramid Collection horrible customer service!

I figured I would get some early Christmas gifts out of the way in mid November to avoid the postal rush during the holidays, so I ordered a necklace a friend had shown interest in before. The item said it was currently backordered, and more were due in in about a week's time. I ordered, waited that week, came back, and it still said Backordered, and the date was another week ahead. Again, I waited, only to see once again that it was still backordered. By this time, it was early december, so I used the customer service Email address and sent them an email explaining my frustration on why it kept doing this. I never got a response, however I noticed that the next week, instead of a Date of when they were due back in, it said 'Item is expected shortly".

Now, 3 days before Christmas, my item has just barely shipped. I have yet to hear back from them in regards to my email, and am very upset, seeing the present I ordered well over a month in advance, will now not arrive before Christmas.

Furthermore, there is not an option for overnight shipping on backordered items for when they come in, so the standard, 3rd class UPS shipping takes over a week. They also Do Not provide a Tracking number. And I'd think, if I am spending $15 on shipping and handling For a necklace, I'd have a tracking number. There is also no Estimated Arrival Date for the package.

Shared the same experience, ordered a blouse, and stated it was available. Waited for two days called and they told me to place a rush order. I did that and called back a few days later and was told the blouse was back ordered. I ordered another item, because it was my anniversary, item arrived and looked as if it had been worn. No tags and was not like the picture at all. It looked dingy and dirty. I called and was told I would get a full refund, and when I returned the blouse, they told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks for the refund ! SO, now they have my money tied up to I can not buy from another retailer. On top of that most of the sale representatives are rude and short with you.

The Pyramid Collection - both companies are shady and fraudulent!

When you order something from The Pyramid Collection, they sign you up for a service called Passport to Fun without your authorization and then allow this company to bill your credit card without your permission. Both companies insist that you "signed up for this service" when there is no place to authorize this on The Pyramid Collection's website. Both companies are shady and fraudulent!
