I had a bad experience with the customer service at Puente Hills Toyota. I had an appointment on 8/27 at 830a, but I got here at 820. I had to wait until 9am to speak to someone. I noticed that others who came after me were helped first because they asked me to move my car to the right lane. They helped the people on the left lane first. When I made my appointment, I didn't see any limits. They just keep accepting appointments and get overwhelmed. What's the point of making appointments then? I already complained to the dealership, but I don't think they care. That's why I'm posting this on *** too.
