Prowest did a great job on our roof. During the process of installing the new roof the crew noticed a slight color discrepancy in the shingles. I'm not sure if I would have ever noticed it. This was no fault to Prowest. They removed and replaced the discolored shingles within a few days. The crew seemed to take extra care to clean up after long hours of installation. Job was completed on time, even with the shingle color issue. Van did a great job of communicating throughout the removal and install... Thanks Prowest

Our personal experience starts with Taylor from PROWEST, from our first meeting I already knew that I will let him and the company he works for to replace our roof, professional polite and respectful person ( really hard to find this days). Upon completion of the our new roof we were amazed by how good it looks, texture and color. Job was done in 1 day as promised, So if you are on the lookout for a new roof don't think twice and call PROWEST and ask for Taylor. Thank you so much for making our biggest life investment more beautiful and leak free.

ProWest Roofing would get more than 5 stars if that option was available. I was super pleased with EVERYTHING. Rick and Nick were AWESOME! They kept me up to date through the entire process. In fact I will miss talking with them :( When it was time to put the new roof on, it was done in one day, looks Fantastic and they cleaned up all around my home well. I will definitely recommend your company but include Rick and Nick as the representatives to my friends and family. They are a true asset to your team there. THANK YOU guys for making this entire process seamless for me.

I am so impressed & grateful that ProWest is such a professional, honest and performs exceptional work. The materials, equipment & crew arrived when scheduled. The crew was fast and very professional. My roof was done in one day. My home is 2,500 sq. ft. The clean-up was so good, you could not tell that just a few hours earlier there was a new roof being installed. A few days later, we had a very heavy rain storm...NO LEAKS! Tom, the Project Manager, was exceptional as well. He kept me informed with each step, returned my calls in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. One more thing, my roof looks beautiful!

I needed someone to replace my parent's roof but I live in another state. I called several other companies but none of them responded. Was very frustrated but when I met Bok with Prowest, the world went back to they way it should be. He went above and beyond to help my parents and me since I had to coordinate this from out of town. He communicated with me every step of the way and kept me updated. They were professional, efficient and FAST! My parents were very happy with the color, the job and even the clean up at the end. My mom said " they didn't even leave one scrap behind". I can keep going on but the bottom line is they did and amazing job and would highly recommend them! Thank you Bok!

5 stars doesn't do it justice - ProWest was amazing. I contracted with ProWest to replace my roof from storm damage that happened in November . I got the great pleasure of working Jordan, who was amazing. The project was seamless, efficient, timely, professional, and clean. They did an outstanding job, and I am so happy with how effortless it was because I was working with them. Jordan was a true professional, and I couldn't be happier with my roof, but more so the process because I worked with a professional at ProWest. I plan on hiring them again to do another project for me. They say what they'll do, and they do what they say. Thank you, Jordan. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by ProWest.

What a great company, absolutely deserving of a 5 star review! We had been wanting to replace our entire roof for sometime, so when Kevin from ProWest called at our door, we were delighted we answered..! Kevin explained the complete process from start to finish. Kevin handled the job the whole way through, assisting with our insurance company and keeping us updated. The crew arrived early to start the job, they were efficient and worked hard, and also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Our roof looks amazing, and the quality of the work is fantastic! Therefor making our house look great..! We had a great experience, and we will definitely use ProWest for our roofing needs again. We highly recommend Prowest!

We were very pleased with the the process of having Prowest replace our roof after damage from a storm. It was great to be kept informed about each and every procedure that was going to take place and when it would take place. New roof was completed in one day--started early, worked all day and completed by early evening. What more can a person ask for. Steve Downs,the project manager for our roofing project was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable, informative, and conscientious. He was there to over-see that all went well. He personally helped out whenever necessary. Prowest has an excellent employee--a keeper for sure. We would highly recommend Prowest to anyone needing a new roof or any type of repair to their existing roof.

Collin K from Prowest, LLC stopped by and said he noticed hail/wind damage to our roof, and offered to do a free insp. I initially told him no as I have done many before him. His sincerity changed my mind and I let him inspect the roof. He did a thorough insp. and we contacted the ins.co. They approved the roof for replacement. Had many selections for color and type. A very professional team replaced the roof and some wood that needed replacement.They placed tarps all around the house, covered shrubs, and did a thorough cleanup. Collin was here making sure they had what they needed, and to check the finished job. Great looking, professional job by all. I would not hesitate to recommend Collin K and Prowest LLC for your roofing needs. They are PROFESSIONAL. They will be doing my next door neighbors soon.

If you want to hire a roofing company to do a shoddy job and cut corners, then KEEP LOOKING. Mick with Prowest LLC should be considered the Gold Standard when it comes to how business should be conducted. I knew nothing but at the end of it all I understood the importance of getting your roof checked, inspected, and up to standard. I've had many friends and coworkers who have told me their own horror stories of companies just wanting to make a quick buck, and the importance of hiring the best. I say again, if you're looking for someone to just come in and "fix" your roof- then keep looking. If you want the PEACE of MIND that your roof will be built to last then look no further. Prowest LLC really treated my roof like it was their own personal roof, went above and beyond. While I hope that I won't need a new roof for a long time, I at least know who I'm calling when I do.

Just had a complete re roofing of my Home and an un attached Garage. "Prowest LLC" roofing sent out James Lugo a Project Manager to inspect my roof that had hail damage, he got in touch with my Insurance Company and handled the whole process, My only cost was to pay my deductible to Prowest. They came out and stripped the whole roof to wood , re roofed with new, flashing, all vent caps, vent pipe covers, new turbines. They had a 5 man crew that did the job in two long days , when they were done they cleaned the entire area, not even a water bottle left behind. Before I called Prowest I looked them up at the ComplaintsBoard.com, Registrar of Contractors, Facebook, and Yelp and looked at the reviews. We had a big Hail storm last December in our area, depending on your insurance they can go back 6 to 12 months to report this damage. I'm usually not big on writing reviews, but I have to commend Prowest LLC Restoration and Roofing and their Project Manager Taylor James for the excellent service I received and top notch workmanship put into my new roof. My Brother introduced me to Taylor right after Prowest finished replacing his roof. Because my Brother was extremely impressed with Prowest and Taylor he suggested to let Taylor inspect my roof. I knew I had some issues with my roof but I was unaware of the extent of my situation from wind and hail damage. Taylor pointed out some damage I wasn't aware of and he suggested that I submit a claim on my homeowners insurance to repair or replace my roof. So I filed a claim and set up a date for a claims adjuster to come inspect the damage. Taylor made a point of being there when the adjuster arrived and took control of the negotiations with my insurance company from that point out. Taylor convinced the insurance adjuster that the roof needed replaced. The next step involved the insurance adjuster making the estimate of what the cost of the needed materials and determine depreciation associated with the materials. The adjuster's initial proposal was low balled. Because of Taylors extensive knowledge of building codes and laws, he convinced the adjuster to replace the wood and other materials. The roofers were able to finish the job in one day and did top notch work. Taylor kept me informed every step of the way and I couldn't be more happier with my new roof. Thank you Taylor and Prowest! You guys are first class.

ProWest re-roofed my home, after the Sept., 2018, micro-burst monsoon shredded the asbestos shingling, and did a thoroughly professional job (including a spotless cleanup). Fast forward to Aug. of 2019, and another monsoon peels off most of the shingles on the north slope of my backyard Tuff Shed's roof (leaving the south slope untouched--no hint of trouble), and by the time I discovered the damage, a couple months later, the "naked" plywood had been warped and split by the summer sun, and would need to be replaced, before shingling--a 4-foot long crack was dropping a torrent of runoff water down into the shed, soaking everything underneath! No homeowners insurance coverage, of course, for non-residential structures--out of luck and out of pocket. Called over a half-dozen roofers--only 3 would bid on a small, 12' x 20' job, with ProWest being one of them. Taylor James, one of their Project Managers, came out promptly, assessed the damage, and wrote up the estimate. They were low bidder and, since I knew their workmanship, it was an easy decision. Problem was, though, they were still buried in roof repair jobs, from the Aug., 2019, monsoon, and still behind, despite running day and night crew shifts. So keep in mind, you'll have to have some patience, if you hire them--this company's reputation for fairly-priced, but top-shelf craftsmanship, insures them being inundated, almost overnight, with insurance company repair jobs, after weather disasters (and they won't cut corners, to ease any backlog)! But after Taylor explained their situation, he got me as high up on the job order list as possible, and, after a few weeks, one of their roofers called to set an appointment for next day service (Jay Johnson, a real pro--request him, by name, for your job's repair team!) True to his word, Jay arrived around 7:30 a.m. next day, and started in; the shed was repaired and roofed by about mid-afternoon, with the same precision and attention to detail as our home roof displays--and a 5-year, written warranty on workmanship. A warranty? On a shed roof? Hey, I won't turn it down! So, my personal experience with this company is an unqualified "two thumbs up" (with not a penny changing hands, for me to write this)--and if I had a third hand, they'd get that thumb up, too.
