Proozy Proozy has the best and fastest customer service of any company I have dealt with

Proozy has the best and fastest customer service of any company I have dealt with. I had to reach out to them about a order of mine from them and the problem was not from thier end to begin with. My order had already been turned over to the carrier and I was given a tracking number from the carrier and then received a email with the delivery date and all yet that time came and went with no package so I reached out to the carrier only to get absolutely no help, no reply, absolutely nothing. I then emailed Proozy and they immediately had answers for me within minutes of contacting them and remember once they turned it over to the carrier it is on the carrier to answer questions as to why something did not make it when the carrier said it would be delivered at a certain time. They are absolutely amazing and very helpful and swift at Proozy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

You place an order in good faith, thinking that wow what a great price and hoped you'd get it a somewhat reasonable time frame or at very least a tracking number that states exactly when you can expect it to arrive. I ordered Saturday 3/28 and on Friday 4/3 9:30am had to send an email inquiry on the whereabouts of my order... They responded in record time exactly 2 hours after my initial email and supposedly expedited my order, and then about 2:45pm that very same day I got a USPS tracking # that I have checked on the USPS website daily since to see where it might be, and to this day the tracking # has not gone anywhere from where it was birthed by a fake tracking # computer that someone is manipulating to actively suckle the poor saps that happened to order from this company thinking they got the best deal on some rather expensive athletic gear which happens to be something someone probably fished out of a dick's or model's dumpster and "cleaned up". I have since rescinded my order through my credit card company and issued a complaint with the website who directed me to this "great deal".

This was my first time ordering from Proozy and unfortunately my last. I purchased 2 jackets on the same day but in 2 separate orders. The first jacket came within 4 -7 days; however, a month later and numerous calls to Catrina (Customer Service Supervisor) as well as emails to her and being given the runaround was finally issued a refund. The jacket that I did receive is absolutely beautiful. When I would be updated, Catrina, claimed to not know what the hold up was. I even questioned if the item was out of stock and perhaps that is why the shipping hub never received it. She assured me that this was not the case. After probably 5 phone calls and daily emails, I was able to talk to a lady named Ruby and she in fact informed me that what I speculated happened was in fact what happened. The jacket was sold out. The jacket was supposed to be a birthday gift to my daughter (December 16th) from my mother (I did her shopping as she has Parkinson's Disease.) She, Catrina, assured me last Thursday that she had updated shipping and that we should have it by Christmas. How is that possible if the item is sold out? Not happy with Catrina - Customer Service Supervisor.

ok... im not sure whats going on with this company, but this is the ABSOLUTE WORST company ive tried dealing with...EVER! Hands down. I made an order, then got emails saying the shipping changed...fine... they sent me the current shipping info...then got emails telling me one of the items i ordered THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY SHIPPED was out of stock and i was refunded. Am i gonna get that product or not since it was shipped before it was out of stock? Y'all tell me its oos so im getting refunded. I tell the person to issue me refund on ENTIRE order since the refunded item was really the only thing i wanted, i ordered something else to fulfil a minimum order. tells me i can ask for return labels once package arrives. FINE send them now because im not dealing with this company. The label has been sent...NOW>>>>>>> This morning i get ANOTHER email with a change in shipping?... What in the hell is going on at that so called company... i have no idea what is happening with my order... what am i getting? am i getting anything? who is shipping it? when will it be delivered? WIll it be delivered? could i get a refund? I JUST DONT KNOW>>>> SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON? Then i can rid myself of this horrible excuse of a business and delete every contact involved!... order #
