Progress Residential Property Manager review: Horrible experience

I have been renting from this company for 4 years. Although I had quite a few issues with them, I still referred people to rent from them. Between April and currently I faced medical challenges where I was hospitalized several times which caused my rent to be late. They were well aware of what was going on and said they understood but they really didn't care. I was told my lease wouldn't be renewed because I was no longer eligible. I sent 2 emails asking why I'm no longer eligible and never received a response. This company is very unprofessional and all they care about is money. They don't care about there tenants at all! Maintenance is a joke and the only way you can get anything done or resolved is by filing complaints with your Real Estate Commission. I have never seen a company that lacks empathy for people with illnesses. Highly disappointed!
