Progress Residential Property Manager review: Competitive pricing

Progress offered me special rates (they consider a savings) that are 110% higher than all similar and better offers in the area. After never missing a payment for 4 years. Next year will be my last year renting with them. The email with Haley D. The retention specialist for Colorado Springs, CO provided a bad customer experience with understanding why the rate was so much in comparison to every single rental in the area. Below is the conversation asking for negotiating prices.

Hi Jonathan,

I do understand your concerns. At this time, these were Early Renewal Offer Specials. I do see there is one Promotional Rate available for a 12-month lease at $X,XXX, but this is the lowest available at this time. We are unable to negotiate these early specials further. If you opt not to accept prior to them expiring, you will receive revised renewal offers around 95 days prior to your lease end date. I am unsure if they would be different at that time, but you do still have time to consider your options.

Sorry i'm just not happy with this, I have never missed a payment and have been renting with Progress since 2022. I have never complained about pricing. I think you can understand from my point of view that your prices are above average.
