If the item is an actual clearance item with a sticker, it would ring up the clearance price, and would show as a clearance item in the telxon. A jump and slide is NOT a Christmas item. It is a stock toy item. The Christmas clearance is for CHRISTMAS branded items. If it was a few dollars they would give it to you. But you can not really expect a $200 error in your favor.
Put it like this...you own a store, have clearance items, and someone puts a clearance tag on an expensive item. Are you really going to give it to your customer? NO. And neither will anyone else.
