Everytime I have made a hotel reservation online I have always been charged the full amount and it is up to you to know what their policy is regarding how much they will charge. If you are not sure then pick up the phone and call them.
Anytime Western Union gets mentioned with a job that should send up some red flags.
Why did you wait over a month to return it? Most retail stores have return policy posted or here is a novel idea, you could have asked what the return policy is before making a purchase.

I have Fios and have no idea what you are talking about, if you can read you can understand the bills. If you just pay the bill then you dont have to worry about being past due.

Do you have any retail experience? Places at Target always keep help wanted signs up even if they are not hiring at that time so when they do need someone they have a list. Maybe you are just at the bottom of the list.

If there is something wrong with the battery then its up to Walmart to replace it for the customer then Walmart can turn it in to the manufacturer and get a credit.
