Folks, I got to tell you all, as a 20 + yr Vet tech, I see pets come into the clinic during flea and tick season suffering from poisoning, or reactions to many OTC products. they simple are not safe to use period. After all, they are poisons, period. they do what they are intended to do, and that is...yes...you guessed it...poison what it comes in contact with.
Furthermore, simply put, lets say you want to save a few bucks and put an OTC powder on your beloved pet. Do not forget that this pet shares the same living space that you do, often in or around your kitchen or dining area, and or cuddles up and sleeps with you or your kids. Yikes!
So, simply look at it this way. if it's on your pets, it's also on you and your children, and possibly in your food. Got it?
Now you are thinking, what alternatives are there? well, there are several, all have pro's and cons. I am not here to promote any products, but I use three different products for flea control, two of them are pill form, one is a fast acting, very effective, but temperary treatment for fleas that has been used for many years that begins with a 'C', and is reasonably priced. I then follow up the newer product that must be placed on the skin for long term flea, tick, heartwarm, and parasite control with the brand name that begins with 'EV'. Now the newest pill form flea control out there is fantastic, but control fleas only, its a huge honker of a brown, beef/chemical flavored pill that begins with the letters "Comf" . We are lately hearing from our clients that the spot on product we sell, 'FL' may not be offering as effective treatment as it has in the past, I am not sure this is accurate, but, I suspect it is possible that the fleas may be developing a resistance to the medication. It is a very common occurance for such to happen. Just keep in mind that overall, cheap OTC products are often ineffective, and at worse, problem plagued.
Yes great idea, post those pics here, I will be on the lookout for them on the internet and inform you when do I find them. Please just be sure that they are clear and concise. And be sure that they were pics taken after you turned 18 +.

I have a 17 year old daughter who has rejected the moral teachings she was given since birth, and is now very active sexually, of course against our wishes, but it is heppening.
so, instead of being ignorant about it, we have expressed our displeasure and educated her about responsibility.
I am appalled at her behaviour, as well as the same behaviour shared by her friends of the same age, but we can only do so much, and hope that with education, nothing occurs that will negatively effect her future life.
In case you are wondering what kind of parents we are? I was heartbroken to hear of her behavours, my husband is a Pastor, and frankly discussed having her sent off to a girl's school, but what guarentee would that be? In anger and frustration he even discussed honor killing as the muslims do. (not to worry)
But, we took a deep breath, and have been dealing with her rebelious behaviours, mainly by limiting much of her socializing etc.
Open your eyes and your minds folks, this is NOT really a complaint being filed by an innocent young lady, but a devious attempt by the web site operator to lure customers (males) to his site after reading it...duh! Otherwise the complete web address should not have been used.
Hummmmm, made up stories, after you acknowledge that new security cameras have been put up, and that NEW policies have been implimented regarding cell phones etc? Sounds like it was a legit complaint, and if offering a refund on a 6 month membership would have solved the issue, then it would certainly been a very small gesture to make. Would a person who simply wants a refund go to such great lengths by calling the police, etc? Nope don't think so.
Does this make the entire company bad? Nope of course not, but now they are on notice that this has and can happen.
so get over the blind defense. It very likey is a fact that this incident happened. dela with it to make sure it doesn't happen again, Simple!
And don't worry those barbie wanna be's will be shrivelled up and leather like in just a few years...
Aaahhh, another attempt to advertise for the company, by offering a small insignificant complaint all the while extolling the other 'great' services and attitudes they have...I avoid such places after reading this type of underhanded advertising, as this is a site that is trying to make public LEGITIMATE complaints, So i have a complaint against YOU now!
It's obvious that this company keeps a close eye on the complaints boards, and it is good of them to actully address the above issue, but just keep a close eye on future postings that may seem like a complaint upon first view, but are in fact 'clever' attempts to advertise. That imo is pretty underhanded.
This all sounds like the typical issues when dealing with mulitple franchise locations of a company. it is however a shame that the hard sell is employed at most locations.
The one question I have is this, I would think that cash being legal tender COULD NOT be refused as payment toward goods or services?
Sorry dude, but sounds like it was a situation where you are better off without the car. Plus by your own telling of the story it sounds as though they gave you alot more then just a second chance, and it became a hassle for them to keep you as a 'customer' and them at a constant state of loss. Sorry about your luck, but they did no wrong, they simple gave you several chances, and when they realized it wasn't getting better, they had to cut their losses.
sorry that happened but here is the moral of the story:
Get it in writing, put it in writing, and have them sign then and there, and do not sign anything until you have read it, and understood it ALL. Leave NO open spaces on contracts that can be added too later. Simple enough? Yup!

Stuff liek this happens, but to put the blame on the store for having a naked man there? Did they hire him to show up and cause yr kid stress? No. So, I agree that is was a bizarre incident, but it wasn;t the store's fault. You are trying to put all of the blame on the store and employees that were liekly as shocked and dumbfounded as you.
Best advice i can offer, share the facts with your daughter that there are nuts and the world and be prepared for them when she comes into contact with them. Simple.
Well your in luck! If you are Indian, then many US companies have sent their customer call centers there, so you should have no problem obtaining a new job. Look forward to talking to you the next time I have to make an iquiry with one of our larger corporations.
