I feel sympathy towards you. Is it possible that your friend was kicked out because he vomited, and not because of his colour. If any of the other customers had done the same thing, they may have suffered the same consequence.
Would you have continued eating at the same table that your friend vomited on?
Get over it- it was not intentional. For all you know, a customer tried them on without permission, left the mark and put it back so the service people did not notice.
I have stayed at the KLIA hotel before, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We did not get bottled water in our rooms, but had the option of ordering if we wanted to (we chose to drink tap water) and we ordered room service instead of leaving our room. Did the airline book your hotel room? Was the hotel fully aware that you did not have your own wheelchairs? I think it is the responsibility of the traveller to enquire about given services.
By 'true' AUSSIE, do you mean white with no accent?
Are you actually serious when you saythere are 15, 000 amputated in motel rooms? Where on earth did you get that figure from?
If money is counterfeit stores do have the right to confiscate it so it cannot be used again.
Is this your first time applying for a US passport? A quick google search of US government websites has told me that if it is your first time, you actually need to apply in person.
http://travel.state.gov/passport/get/first/first_830.html This site describe the process of applying for your first passport.
"When applying for a U.S. passport in person, evidence of U.S. citizenship must be submitted with Form DS-11. All documentation submitted as citizenship evidence will be returned to you. These documents will be delivered with your newly issued U.S. passport or in a separate mailing."
"When applying for a U.S. passport in person, acceptable identification must be presented at the time of application."
Were they rude about it? Did they violate policy
I think that it is unfortunate that the sensors are regularly malfunctioning. HOWEVER I do not think there is anything wrong with having to show a receipt. I do not think it is demeaning at all. Nor does it have to take long- all you have to do is leave the receipt within easy reach. Stores need to take measures to guard against shoplifters and these measures do not necessarily mean that the person is a shoplifter.
I am not saying he is a bad guy. I think that the OP is being over senstitive, and that if he had shown his receipt the whole debacle would never had happened
Were the only issues the long wait and workers not wearing gloves? In some states, workers do not legally have to wear glove while preparing food, as long as they wash their hands at regular intervals.
I worked at McDonalds for 8 years during high school and university. I have to say that it sucks that you had to wait so long, but crap happens. I remember big crowds coming in at unexpected times (over 100 at 7am once), and we just had to work our butts off. Personally, I always tried to smile apologetically and be friendly, but there is not much you can do.
Was there workers standing around talking? Was it a time of the day where it would be expected to be busy? How many workers were in the whole store (including kitchen)? Was the register worker deliberately unfriendly? Was the register worker trying to compensate for the rush? Did they look like they wanted to cry?
I am not saying you should not complain. Complain to management (or franchisee or corporate) to get more workers on. It took my store TWO FREAKING YEARS to get someone to cover a huge rush we had every wednesday at 11pm. If it continues be persistant.
Is there any way to edit this complaint so there are paragraphs and proper punctuation. This is hard to read
In theory they should be able to cater for all sizes for all seasons, but sometimes that is not possible. Maybe Sears has dresses all year round for the most common sizes. I have read that the most common size for American women is about a size 14 or 16 (although my sources may be dated). It may be that Sear is catering for the more profitable market and does not have room in the Plus Size department.
It may be that it costs too much to produce the dresses (more material) and they want to stock them only when there is guarentee of being sold. May be when Sears does have the dresses in stock there is too much of a lack of interest
This is an effort to stop piracy. How do they know you have not burnt the DVD after opening it?
Your name was on the account. Therefore, it can be considered that the money in the account with your name on it is yours
This may be a silly question, but did you wash or wet your hair after it was permed?
I am writing to express an alternate view of Dell. I bought a laptop from Dell 3 years ago. About 6 months after I got it, the charger stopped working. I called Dell and they sent a new charger to me, without me having to send back the old one. Personally, I have only had good experiences with Dell. My laptop is still going strong.
I would like to elaborate on my original 'jerk' statement.
1. From what I saw in the video, I do not think the employees were being rude to you. In fact, they seemed to be calm, albeit tired looking.
2. What do operating hours mean to you? To me when a shop states that they close at a time, then they close and do not have to serve any more customers. If they choose to open later, then that is okay, but not compulsary.
3. If they give 5 extra minutes to every customer, then that can add up.
4. You are over reacting
Give up troll. At least this complaint was not as offensive as the first
Is this policy? The bowl not being big enough sounds like a reasonable enough excuse for not selling the gold fish. We should be grateful that the worker was thinking of the welfare of the fish.
