DR JINGLING TANG review: UNTIDY OFFICE/DOCUMENTS NOT HER CONCERN/NOT READY 1

This docter is never on time with documents needed to help you with your situation, she also has a untidy office .All summer there were chickens loose in the yard, she is only concern with payment(MONEY).I need her to fill out her part of documents so that I can get my funds, I have been waiting over 2 month this time .She always has a reason are acts like she cant speak english at the point of very much needed documents, to help the patients.
