If they let everyone break the rules it would not be fast. We all know that if someone had more than 10 items you would be complaining they let them go through. Well, be glad that they have four working carts. Most Walmarts do not have four carts let alone four working carts. Depending on the size and location they may have two or three. Do you want more motorized carts? Where are they going to put them? They are not going to lose business since the majority of their customers are able-bodied. I have not seen more than 2 or three motorized carts at Target or any other store either. Some stores do not even provide them.
