It seems like a lot of the friendly's are going downhill. 2/3 of the locations here in MD are crap! They don't really seem to care about anything, and just take their time getting to you.

I totally understand what you're saying and it is really disgusting that you found a fly in your coffee but I'm sure this kind of stuff happens everywhere! I don't think it can be helped really. Its like during the warmer weather, when you walk into a restaurant there are probably going to be some flies that make it in too. I can't really imagine a way of stopping this?! At least you got your refund!

I understand what your saying that she isn't a reliable breeder and just takes peoples money, but come on, I can't imagine the dog was "hideous!" I get that you lost probably a good chunk of change because of this ordeal but just the fact that the dog probably wasn't a purebred, I don't know it just sounds to me like your not really all that much of an animal person. Yeah the dog isn't what you wanted but it's not the dogs fault that it's ugly! Do you have a picture of this "ugly" dog?

Have you tried one of those "cleaning" discs? Maybe there's something wrong with the part of the dvd player that scans for the movies. I would suggest getting one of those discs.

How can your daughter be a "fully responsible adult" if she stopped paying her bill? Why not ask you for help then? She doesn't sound very responsible to me. As for the overdraft fees, I'm sure there's something your bank can do about, maybe not charge you as much or something, just let them know what's going on.

Have you actually told anyone at DirecTV about this? Like try calling the corporate office? I can't imagine they would just let this go!
If this is something they keep doing, charging for the receivers that you aren't using anymore, why haven't YOU said anything to them then? They might not ask you about them but maybe it's because they automatically assume you're still using them, who knows?! Why would you let this continue? You can't put all the blame on them!
I can't imagine there are that many managers in one store?! You should have written their names down as you spoke to them.

Question: You say that you picked up your laptop on the 18th, had them check the repairs and then went home? How did they check the repairs and no one saw the damage that was there?

All I have to say is thank god that I didn't have any issues with my Dell Laptop. I didn't have to deal with Best Buy though. I just called Dell and told them the problems, they send out a tech who later had a box sent to me for the computer. I got the computer back like a week later and all was good.

Do you have a landlord? Let them know what's going on or just go to the other tenants apt that has the cat and tell him "it stinks!" Plain and simple.

They might have messed up your pants but you can't ask for the original cost of the pants unless they were brand new, which they don't sound to have been! They should have offered you something though.
I would try contacting the corporate office and letting them know what's going on.

The bank should be able to tell you what the company is that took the money out of your account. Just contact your bank.
