Contact the company then. The site could just be having issues.

You should have asked to speak to the manager.
Tell your bank that they are fraudulent charges.

Honestly I would have to agree with the company on this complaint. I get you want them to stop sending you someone else's mail, but seriously if it's not your bill than just throw it away. It's that easy!
All you have to do is go to Pogo.com look under Help on the upper right side. At the top of the "search" page type in "Cancel" and you should see on the list offered, I think #6 says Canceling your Pogo Subscription, have you tried that?
Or this:
* Inside the United States: [protected]
* Outside the United States: [protected]
Hope this helps

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure this place will get what's coming to them in the end though. BTW the picture you posted looks like Lucille (?) was beaten up. Poor lady!

Definitely sounds like a scam to me. If she knows you're coming to her because of financial issues, then asks for money? No! I wouldn't trust her!

So how did you find out about this company? Online or in person? If in person I would suggest going to confront them in person.

I tried doing a search for Proscout Modeling Agency and needless to say found nothing. I like how you mention that you paid them $850, yet only mention the $200 and the $500, what happened to the rest? And let me just say that I'm not into modeling and all that, so I don't really know what all happens but why would you have to pay THEM money?
Not the companies fault, it's yours for not reading the tiny print. All the complaints on here with FreeCreditReport.com are all for the same reason. Everyone needs to stop blaming others for their mistakes! Next time before signing up for something.
Mixed breeds? Um, I always thought that breeders bred Pure breeds, not mixed? Anyone could get a mixed breed! When it comes to puppy mills, you never know whether the dog you get is a pure or mixed breed. As far as I know most Professional Breeders aren't breeding 2 different breeds unless they're trying to rip people off by saying that they are in fact pure breeds, since it can be hard to tell when the dogs are little. Either way if you find out that they are in fact coming from a puppy mill, do a good deed and report them to the local Animal Control. All puppy mills should be put out of business.

Well I hope you reported her! And if she is in fact running a puppy mill, well that is a crime! You should report her to the local Animal Control so they can get those dogs away from her and treated to find good homes. I can't stand people that do things like this to animals.
I heard that the banks get extra money from the government for every house they get to go into foreclosure, so no surprise there that they didn't want to do the short sale.

If they gave you a lower rate because of having to be evacuated, then why would you be surprised that they have a higher rate under normal circumstances? How were they taking advantage of evacuees?
I totally agree with you on this, Geek Squad is charging people tons of money for simple tasks that take like 5 minutes to do and are easy enough for a computer illiterate to figure out. I feel sorry for anyone that calls Geek Squad for their computer issues.

Why don't you go to the location WITH your wife. I mean if she's having this much trouble with them, go with her then especially with this situation where she was too sick to stand! You might be a health care advocate but your certainly not helping your wife out much. Next time, be with her, or even better let her go get her meds and stand a ways away so you can see if the pharmacist is mean to her or not. Bring a camera, so then you'll have proof!

Have you called the store? Or going there in person. Don't just sit back and wait for them to call, especially if it's been almost 3 months.

Um, okay if your alternator is "breaking down" that quickly after getting it replaced several times already...maybe you should be taking it to either a different Pepboys location or just somewhere else in general. I'm surprised a little light bulb didn't click on in your head after the second time. Whether you know about cars/trucks or not, come on! Something's not right here! They're ripping you off! I'm sorry but I don't understand how you could have fallen for this 3 times? I mean depending on what kind of vehicle you have the alternator is going to last a little longer than a year, come on do some research!

When it comes to having to pay for the labor even though you have a free lifetime warranty, who cares really!? That's how it always is. When you took the car back the second time did anyone bother asking you when you last had the alternator replaced/looked at? Something is going on at this location. I have nothing further to say to you except, ###!

I totally understand that you have to deal with rude customers but seriously I can't imagine that you've been working there that long considering you're only 16, so I don't really get why you're complaining already?! I bet before you started working there, you probably felt around the same way as a lot of the customers you've had to deal with. Expecting to grab your food and go, but in the end you have to deal with people who don't know what they're doing, hence they shouldn't even be working there. A lot of the people that complain have probably been to quite a few McDonald locations and have dealt with a lot of crap from the employees of McDonald's, just like with every other restaurant or fast food place.

Once you send your gold in don't they notify you beforehand what they are willing to offer for the gold? That's what they always say on the tv commercials. You can accept the amount or ask for your jewelry back. So I don't really understand how you felt ripped off. And I seriously can't imagine that there's only one pawn shop in your area, those places are everywhere.
My husband called Bank of America back on the 4th of April to close his credit account. No problems there. The account was paid off, so he figured that was that. A few days ago he did a check on his credit report to see that under Bank of America the account was filed as delinquent. Turns out somehow a transaction went through on the 19th of April even though the account was closed weeks prior. This charge, which we have no idea where it came from was basically just sitting there, gaining interest without us even knowing about it. Thankfully when he called Bank of America again to find out what happened, they didn't know, but did clear the charge and "reclosed" the account, if that makes sense. So now we're just sitting back waiting for that to go through so we won't have that delinquent account anymore.

Bank of America helped us in the end, I guess you could say. They did manage to fix their mistake. Hopefully that's the last we have to deal with them.

Why not call the head corporation and let them know what's going on. Just because she yells at other employees and just because there are videos doesn't necessarily mean that the head guys know what's going on. Has anyone complained about her?
Um, the person that posted this complaint DIDN'T eat all the food CustomerServiceDept, they ordered a bunch of food for family and neighborhood kids and then went to Jack in the Box to get food for him/herself and others. Why not try reading all the complaint before posting!
