Has anyone tried reporting them to the Better Business Bureau?

This site is more for people to complain about businesses or products...not about a misbehaving cat you have. I'm sure there's a very good reason of why the cat is aggressive and urinating on your stuff. One good reason that I know of is that he/she is most likely stressed by one or more of your other animals. Has your cat been fixed/neutered? If not, then that would explain it completely. Take it to a vet or do some research on the internet. Maybe you should calm down with getting anymore animals. I'm a big fan of animals too but I know when to stop!

This same thing has happened to my husband who goes to Starbucks all the time. He noticed it right away, he printed off the bank statement and brought it back to the Starbucks. Showed them what happened with his receipt and they refunded it back to him. Thankfully the people at this location are all pretty friendly.
Well I visited my mom in Tennessee, I noticed the same thing. None of the employees wore gloves which grossed me out. Not only do you have to worry about the fact that they might touch something other than your food but your hands make oils. Like if you're working in a warm place, like in the back of the kitchen or whatever, your hands will probably get warm and sweat. You can wash your hands off as many times as you want but the oils and germs will keep coming back. Seriously I've been to other establishments where they didn't wear gloves and noticed them touching other things, their clothes, face, or whatever and it's so disgusting!

Later after this incident I called a corporate office which so happened to be right across the street from the McDonalds and asked about the non glove situation. They're response was something along the lines of..."Well they wash they're hands every 15 minutes!" Please! I'm sure they remember to do that, that often. Whatever! They asked for my address so they could send me some coupons. Um No thanks! haha
We also had 1 & 1 for a while. They automatically renewed the service even though we had switched to someone else. We were never sent any bill to pay for the renewal or anything. My husband and I found out that something was wrong when we received a bill in the mail from a collection agency saying we needed to the original renewal fee of $17.95 and also the admin fee of $18.95. We then checked our credit card acct only to see that they were indeed charging us. This was on the 8th of July. My husband called them to find out about getting a refund once the transaction cleared. He was told that that was pretty much impossible because they had sent him multiple emails telling him to pay. He checks his email lots of times during the day but never received anything from them. Both of us are really good about paying bills so this a surprise. He was later told that if he wanted to dispute this that he would have to contact some higher up that lived in Ireland. After that my husband decided to not worry about it and just paid the amount. He knew calling someone else was probably just a waste of time and energy. So the two transactions showed pending on the 8Th, by the 24th, there was only one transaction pending and the date had changed from the 8th to the 24th. Either Monday or Tuesday of this week both transactions were there and cleared. So hopefully we no longer hear from them.

Honestly whuflungpu, if you think it's wrong for people to be complaining, then why are you here? I also have had lots of issues with Lowes, the employees there and also their contractors. I could care less about the $$, when I pay them to do a job and end up with something less satisfactory, I'm going to say something about it. This large corporation might be the only that "cares" about its employees but honestly WHO CARES! That might be good for the people that work there but most of the people that are complaining on this site DON'T! Hence, they're not all going to caring about us, the customer because we aren't the people that they have to deal with on a regular basis. Just my opinion of course.

My husband and I have had a lot of issues with Lowes after having our old kitchen completely redone and after purchasing a front door. We ended up getting their attention after my husband (whose really good at confrontation, unlike me) he threaten to call BBB and let the local newspaper know how they were taking advantage of their customers. Not sure how the Lowes near you is but this definitely got their attention and basically stayed with us till the projects were done.

Have you called the company? Tell them you're going to contact BBB? My husband is really good at dealing with confrontation and this sort of thing. He usually can get them to listen.
Not sure if this would work or not but could you call your credit card company and tell them whats going on and make it so that "Everyday Legal Forms" can't charge anything on your card?

You shouldn't have to write a cancellation anything on the package. Not sure how things are there but here in MD, when you receive something that you don't want all you have to do is write "refuse" on the front of the package and take it over to your post office and they'll send it back, at the companies expense.

Did you call your credit card company? Just tell them whats going on and they should credit it back. Or try calling the company that charged the card.

I've never heard of an electric company charging a $600 deposit, that sounds very strange to me. Call them and find out whats going on.
Sorry but are you complaining about something? I don't understand why you would be posting on this site?

Is Minicredit.com the same place? If so, I found this:
Naylor Networks
1040 Grant Road Suite, 155-151
Mountain View, CA 94040
info@Naylor.Net

If this is the same place, you should have checked this company out better. The site itself looks way too simple that I wouldn't trust it! Especially since they have no actual contact us link, and no phone number.
Good luck!

Um, these kind of letters go out all the time I'm sure. I have received multiple ones from all different companies. I just throw them away because it's trash. The companies are trying to get you to order or subscribe to something. I don't think it's really that big of a deal actually. It's not like they've taken anything from you, I wouldn't worry about it.

I would call the company back and tell them to give you a refund. The fact that they keep telling you to wait another 6-8 weeks is ridiculous especially since its been 9 months. The product was probably lost and they should have to give you a refund. Ask for them to look up the tracking number for the product and find out where it is. No item should take this long! Be tough when you talk to them or get someone else whose more intimidating, so the company doesn't try and take advantage of you. It will get the process moving when you have a person that's good in dealing with confrontation and businesses like this. Thankfully I have my husband for that job. haha I would then go to a different company. One company known for great customer service is Newegg and they deal with computers and that sort of stuff. We've used them a lot. I honestly can't imagine that a lawyer would actually do anything regarding this.
I find it very strange that if you were already seated, what made them choose your name? Usually when an airline overbooks on a flight, this is something they notice before they even allow boarding to start. That just doesn't even make sense!?
Sorry that you missed out on your family event though, that's crappy!
Um, if you had problems after the first time going to this hospital, why in the world would you take your dog back? That was just stupid! I would find a different animal hospital and get a second opinion. I don't think a lawyer will be able to help you with this.

Um, why would you have waited so long before going to your bank? 2 years? Good luck! If you have a good bank they should have no problem helping you out.
I would definitely be calling the company to find out what's going. I've never heard of a "minimum" balance being over $700!? That doesn't really make any sense there!
If your min is that much you must have a ton on your card! I know my min has never been more than $100 and I've had balances between 8k and 9k over the past 2 years.
Might only be me, but i don't think posting your card number is a good idea. That's just looking for trouble. I've had Netflix for over a year now and have never had any issues with them. If they took money out of your acct than call them!

I don't really get your situation here? So a lady called asking you if you knew one of your neighbors? Alright that would be a little strange. Okay, so why would a collection agency bother doing this? I don't get it? If this was a collection agency then why would she not have allowed you to talk to her supervisor? If this was a collection agency then why would she had turned her phone off (obviously a cell phone) and direct her calls to her voicemail? What collection agency uses their cell phone for work? Please explain?! This doesn't sound like a person that works with a collection agency. If in fact you don't owe any money to any collection agency then why bother calling the number back? Sorry I'm just confused at this one!

Call your credit card company and tell them whats going on with the unauthorized charges. Have you tried calling the company yet?
