Did you "physically" pick the puppies up from the kennel? If so, have you tried going back there?
I would have called and reported her to the manager there, or try the corporate office and let them know how you were treated!
I also am a Netflix member and love having them. I totally understand why the wait time is so long for the new releases, who knows how many people are signed up with Netflix. They can't make everyone happy by sending out a new release as soon as it comes out! Maybe you should try getting an older movie so at least then you have something to watch, if all you have on your list are new ones. Plus I'm sure there are probably quite a few people that get the new releases and keep them, and just report them to Netflix as never received or something. Keep a variety available, older and newer movies.

If you find out your puppies came from a puppy mill make sure to report them to the Authorities. Good luck!

You should report them to the police!

They shouldn't have charged you that far out. I also have the Care Credit card which I got after finding out my daughter needed some work done on her teeth. If the dentist bills the care credit card before the procedure than they are financially responsible. I would go to them and ask them about this. They should have to pay any late fees you acquired!

Just remember most things you can pay online now, so if you aren't sure about where to send a payment or something like that, check the care credit site. That usually helps. That's what I did. Good luck with getting your fees refunded back to you.

Just remember it wasn't G.E. Care Credits fault, at least not with this issue, it was the dentist that your daughter was seeing. They are at fault!

If you're taking your car back to carmax they should be compensating you some how. They SHOULD be covering the rental fees also. I bought a Carmax care back in 2003 and had a few issues with it. Every time I dropped the car off they gave me a rental car till they fixed my car issues. I would just assume that all Carmax's went by the same rules. You definitely shouldn't be having to pay the full amount for your car payment either since you've had so many issues with it. Good luck though!

If the computer is NEW you shouldn't have to pay a dime. I would say for your problem, you probably have too much stuff running at once. That's usually the only reason of why the picture "residue" is there.

The first credit report when you first sign up is free. Then you're like automatically enrolled with the site so you can check your credit report basically anytime and they charge you the $14.95. You should be able to just call them and tell them you don't want their services anymore.

Why don't you cancel and go to some other company? If you've had some many issues with Cricket, then why in the world would you have stayed with them for so long? I don't understand?!

I really don't see this as a fault for dell financial services. My husband and I have used them for all 3 of our computers and never once had a problem. There were about 2 incidents I can remember where there system was down for maintenance when I wanted to pay, however, that was remedied by calling and talking to their representative.

If you have had an issue with auto-pay not being accepted, I suggest you call them (again, they always have phone lines open) and fix the issue. If you have not reported the issue then how can you expect them to fix it?

In regards to paying 9.95 for your payment to be processed in time, it would appear (and correct me if I am wrong) that you are waiting till the last minute to pay. Is this correct? I have deduced this from your post because you say you HAVE TO PAY 9.95 in order for it to be on time, indicating that you are just about at your due date. I still don't see how this couldn't be avoided again by calling them. You can always pay over the phone as I have had to do this several times.
Issue 1: Children under 17 in attendance without adult supervision. This can easily be explained by the parents buying the tickets, thus consenting to their children seeing the movies, and then letting them go off on their own. Not all parents hold the ideal that R Rated content is "not appropriate" for their children. My husband and I are firm believers that sheltering our children all the time from the "bad things in life" can soften them to the point where they won't be able to handle it when they become full-fledged adult members of society. Both mine and my husband's parents did this to us as well, the non-sheltering approach, and we both turned out fine.

Issue 2: The children being loud. If they are being loud, ask them once to stop. If they continue, report them. End of story.

Issue 3: Underaged kids selling tickets to R Rated movies. This is something you should report to management. Teens under 17 are not allowed in many states to sell tickets to movies they themselves cannot enter. Report this to management and if it continues report it higher.

Issue 4: Appropriate content for children. This is debatable. As I said above, what is unacceptable to you might be acceptable to someone else. I feel that by being exposed to more at a younger age I was more able to deal with "The real world" when it came my time. Some parents take the opposite approach and use a gradual method of exposure while some just censor everything from the children until they reach 18 and move out on their own.

Also, not all children who have "mommy" pick them up are under 16. Not all teens get their license at 16. Not all teens have vehicles they are allowed to operate (most states require a probationary period even after a license is obtained).

I've never heard of it being illegal for a collection agency to call on a Sunday. Plus if you don't owe money to anyone, maybe they didn't leave a message is because maybe they realized they called the wrong person?

The only way this is possible is if you had an interest rate of about 70%! There is no way if you paid $8300 to your $8500 loan that you would still owe $7400.

AdWords only gets your account numbers if you give it to them.

https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=adwords&cd=null&hl=en-US<mpl=adwords&passive=true&ifr=false&alwf=true&continue=https%3A%2F%2Fadwords.google.com%2Fselect%2Fgaiaauth%3Fapt%3DNone%26ugl%3Dtrue

This could have been signed up for with web hosting or another similar service. Either way, call google and cancel it.

Okay, and if you were happy with your experience there, WHY post about it here? This is a complaint board, hence the website name: COMPLAINTSBOARD!

Not sure if this matters but Circuit City did go out of business, that might explain why the number wasn't working!
If the package was DELIVERED then it was probably delivered to the wrong address. That seems to happen a lot of the time. Next time when you have someone mail you something through the post office, try and get insurance on it!

I'm sorry that this happened to you but it's kind of your own fault. I just went to that site and there's no way I would have ever signed up for it. Doesn't matter what the site actually is or offers, just the fact that there's really nothing there! No contact or company info of any kind. Seriously I just don't get how people fall for sites like this?!
Um, this sounds like it's your own fault that this happened NOT Chase Bank! If you would have had the sufficient amount of funds in your account before using checks for other things, then you wouldn't have had to worry about getting the negative balance and the fees that go along with it. Don't blame Chase for your mistake!

Not that I really understand what you're trying to say but have you tried contacting the company? Maybe returning the item back to them? They won't actually come to your house, you'll have to have it shipped back to them.

Maybe you should try a different credit card company if this one closes your account that quickly. They obviously don't care about loosing business.
