contact your bank. if you did not authorize this you can sign fraud papers and they will investigate . It may take some time to get your money back but they will put a stop to any further charges. I know its sad but in this day and age unfortunately making a complaint only does so much if you only make it to a manager and an establishment like that is probably privately owned with a lease on the name.

More than likely whoever signed the contract at the time to have the equipment installed also waived any damages to the damage that directv might cause to the home or wiring. It is standard in almost every service contract. I dont know however that it would or wouldnt include medical damages resulting from the damages they caused. You would probably need the contract or to consult an attorney.
You can order it online (for the online price) and have it delivered to your store for free and pick it up. Walmart has done this for years. I dont know why and realize it is ridiculous but does anything walmart does make sense?

No one has to give you warning that they are coming to get your vehicle nor do they have to tell you where your vehicle is. Anything inside is considered there property once repo'd unless a certified letter is delivered to the company the contract is with within 7 days, without that they are able to sell anything inside to recover the balance owed or throw away and the plates belong to the vehicle as it was registered to the vehicle or to the state the vehicle was registered in.
