It is probably a customs charge, I ran into that alot sending to malaysia, thailand and australia.
You often dont find out about a customs charge until after the package is sent.
Or the sender didnt pay enough in postage and there is a delivery charge . I would contact your original sender to find out what the charge is for.
then I would print this page and send it to there po box.
Get a lawyer, if you have a valid case and you will be rewarded with your money. I never believe in any company who takes advantage but sounds like you have no choice but to sue them.
Oh my... what a complaint. Sorry doll but you need to grow up. If you had a problem with how you were treated why not ask for a manager? better yet why state here that you are going to go back to return merchandise to a store that has treated you so badly? Maybe you guys were acting suspicious, maybe another customer mentioned the two of you, who the hell knows but dont assume you have more money than someone will ever see, that is just rude and sounds like you are racially biased, since you felt the need to mention his skin color and that has absolutely nothing to do with anything in your complaint. Also the foul language is really not needed to get your point across. Just makes you look immature and stupid. Be grown and handle your problem like a big girl.
This is pretty common. JC Penny, Sears, and Target does the same thing.

This is what nancy decided to send back in response to my post. She sent me an email so she could hide rather than post here and take it like a woman. So becareful all cause nancy wants to punch people in the face that think she needs to grow up and be an adult.

Ive used 100's of repo companies in my line of work and Ive never heard of that. Usually if they dont find the car, they dont get paid. That is part of the repo business. I would most definately ask for a contract the next time around. You may way to find out if they are operating legally with insurance. Most shady companies like this dont and that is how you put them out of business..

You need to contact the DM and let them know what happened. That is unproffesional and uncalled for.
You may want to see if there is a junk yard around who can pull this part from a wrecked or damaged vehicle and you may be able to get it for cheaper. The labor will still cost you and unfortunatley without that extended warranty you are not going to get it for alot cheaper than the 400-500 you quoted. So Sorry :(
Sorry to hear that but if you have proof of all of that why are you online making this complaint instead of going to your nearest attorneys office and filing charges for defimation of character, unlawful firing and violation of civil work rights? Sounds like you would be rolling in the dough .
Contact a local attorney. If they tried to bribe you with a months worth of cell service that is just like admitting guilt.
Watch your bank account now or better yet I would change it ASAP, Because the check returned, he will receive important information through his bank about your account info. It is often printed on the letter of return. I have been on this site for a while and heard about this checks and money orders . This is a classic scam often on rental property websites, craiglist.com. ebay ect.
Thanks for thinking that ed but ive worked everyday since I was 16 and taught not expect to have somone give me anything. I work for every dime I make and I am grateful that god gives me a chance to earn my living everyday. Ed, you can take my advice as well and find another job if walgreens is to hard for you. I am sure someone will be happy to work your job and earn that paycheck.
So I guess the obvious question would be nancy is if you loved walmart so much why did you leave?
contact your local courthouse and find out who to talk to .. perhaps DOT if they are driving heavy equipment on the highway, interstate or legal roads.
Did you contact the loan company? Perhaps it was an oversight and they can credit your account. I know we process cc's online and if you accidentally hit the back button it charges the customer twice.
oh my dear... have you not ever heard the clique' " every dime I earn" .. it doesnt mean I earn dimes. I own my home, have never collected any government assistance and know the true value of a dollar and a days hard work. I agree with one thing you said and that is you should definately go back to school... and when you do try taking an ethics class, perhaps that can teach you about hard work & what is right in the workplace.
