It was entered correctly. A refund was given for the 20.00 error due to a computer malfunction on lane bryants end. It all worked out in the end. :)

Ethical is doing the right thing even when others are not or when it is not the popular or easy thing to do. Sounds like both of you want things handed to you on a silver platter . That is not life. You are simply there to be lazy and collect a paycheck cause you dont want to actually have to be motivated enough to work hard for a living. you show up, do as little as possible, they pay you and you are ok with that. You are ok with something to ### about instead of changing the circumstances, you and ed both. I am very saddened to hear the above complaints. My mother is a veteran as well as my father, grandfather, aunt and uncle and all have had wonderful medical care frm the VA in Memphis TN. When my mom had to have bypass surgery in 2009 and there were complications the staff went above and beyond to save her life and care for her afterwards. I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having and hope you find the solutions you are looking for. I would like to recommend the VA in memphis as they are more than a hospital but a group of caring individuals who love the military and the families who support those who have served. My hat is off to the VA.

Report it stolen if you were not behind when it was repossesed and take them to civil claims court. You have completely valid case.

How can you throw the race card if you didnt bother to stand up for yourself and speak up? I understand why you are angry, I would be too but they deserved a piece of your mind and walking away then coming back well, filing a lawsuit will do you little to no good since no one specifically mentioned race other than your assumption. I am sorry you were treated that way but you should definately stand up for yourself next time.
Have you contacted a asst store manager, store manager, district manager or even confronted this person? Why be so jumpy to sue?
I wouldnt quite go that far .. I am simply thinking that he may think you are someone you are not.. perhaps someone who burned him in the past...i, e, an ex, an old friend, an enemy. and if you were able to alert someone else to the issue then you may be able to clear it up with a simple conversation. Plus he may be doing this to other people and management needs to be notified.

I would call the police station and make a report. If he drove through several lawns odds are he did some damage and you witnessed it. The owners of the yards may want to press charges and the police may want to administer a dui test.

Why do you keep going if they keep treating you this way ? You clearly state in your complaint you go there often so it cant be that bad or you are glutton for punishment.
