I have to say, your complaint was well stated and you take your fair share of fault in losing the phone, which I appreciate but I agree with you about verizons customer service. It has gone downhill considerably in the last 2 years and I am another of thier customers who is simply biding my time until my contract runs out. I pay my bill monthly on time but when it comes to service, they have forgotten in the cell phone rat race of who has the most gigs and the newest and best thing sometimes it is the simple, kind, considerate customer service that will keep a customer coming back time and time again.
All customers should do business with local florist when it comes to sending flowers. It is not that hard to look online and find a local florist who will be glad to speak to you directly on the phone so you can personally give specifics on what you want and most will be happy to match any specials like the 10.00 coupon . I have always used local florist after dealing with JUST FLOWERS just one time and spending 75.00 to wind up with an arrangement of exactly opposite of what I requested. ( I ASKED FOR NO ROSES AS MY FRIEND WAS ALLERGIC AND THEY REQUESTED THE FLORIST SEND AN ARRANGEMENT OF NOTHING BUT ROSES)

Contact the FBI. Odds are they dont have permission to copy those movies so doing so and selling them is piracy and quite illegal. You could help have them arrested if you have a returning address.

Not every loan has a grace period. Most loans state a vehicle is available for repossion after 1 day late but can be negotiated through the company if contact is made. This is not a complaint. You didnt pay for it so you shouldnt get to drive it. If you dont pay for your house, you shouldnt get to live in it, or if you dont pay for a meal, you dont get to eat it so, what makes you so special?
Did you read the terms of the account when you opened it ?
It is a fraud . If you look on this site and others you will see they do this often in attempts to scare people out of credit card numbers.

They are doing this to everyone. They just settled a huge lawsuit with thier bank and cant provide a 1-2 day ral loan unless you have a credit score of more than 700+ So since the IRS is not releasing any previous debts a consumer might owe state/ or federal like they did in years past, H & R Block leaves out this little tidbit of information til you already agree and they have filed your paperwork. Lovely aint it!
The fact is if you do a loan in person you follow the rules of the state you are in . If you do a loan via the internet or by phone you must follow the laws that the lender is in. Perhaps someone with your legal background should check this out. This is how people in states suchs as georgia where payday loans are banned still wind up with them directly wired into thier bank accounts.
Im afraid I agree with allen . No one wants to be the one everyone looks at when we point out the obvious. Its not meant to be rude but Yelling out HEY ... HELP IS NEEDED. points out the obvious and puts people in charge in motion when they are not paying attention to what needs to be done. After enough times of this, they will put it into thier routine to keep the OUTBREAKS to a minimum.

Asking for a place to sit while you are ill is not asking for special treatment. They have shopping carts that are wheel chairs now with baskets attached plus as management it is the responsibility of manangement to make every customer service experience enjoyable. Saveyshopper... I am sure you would have a different opinion if it had been your mother, sister or daughter in this situation. You would have wanted someone to help or perhaps made the effort to help your family member yourself.
Well DUH!. It says that plain as day at any oil change place. That is why they have those big signs that says they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Why would you leave your ipod where a stranger could get thier hands on it anyway?
the 1500.00 is a down payment, it has nothing to do with the payments due each month. even though you paid 1500.00 down does not mean the next month you dont have a payment due. and as far as predatory lending practices your father needs to learn what this statement means before making it. It means that they prey on individuals who cant afford a loan to start with and make such a loan with high interest such as a payday loan/title loan that you default. If your parents were making the loan payments and the loan was in your mothers name then you were not part of the deal so therefore couldnt have been the target. Perhaps if you had made every payment on time as promised in your contract then this would not have been a problem.
The only reason doctors offer carecredit is because they get a kickback. ... vacations, money, ect. It is not to help a patient. I worked for BELTONE HEARING for over a year and listened to the pitch the doctors used to sell thousands of dollars worth of hearing aids on carecredit to people who couldnt afford them so that thier annual golf trips and whatnot were paid for on the patients dime. Pay it off asap and move on.

yes get a tape recorder and the next time they call, answer the phone and let them know that you are now recording this conversation and if they continue to harrass you, you are filing a complaint with the police department, THE BBB and the FBI.
Ignoring it will not make them stop. Stand up for yourself . point out that you know it is a fraud and illegal and stand your ground. Anyone can say they are an officer but of what... the court, the law, thier own ego trip?
