contact the 3 major credit bureaus and have them red flag your social . also contact the irs and file a local police report stating you believe that you might become a victime of credit fraud due to them having your information . If they call back, record as much information as you can.
Saga- go to walgreens, walmart or any of the rest and youll find the same problem with 5 hours notice. quit complaining and be glad you got your meds. now take them and calm down . you obviously need them
HOW BOUT PAY YOUR BILLS AND QUIT READING COMIC BOOKS .
JUST IGNORE THEM. YOUR ATTORNEY IS RIGHT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS . IF YOUR IN BANKRUPTCY AND IT IS APPROVED THEN LEGALLY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO OTHER THAN BE SUED THEMSELVES FOR HARRASSMENT. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO CONTACT YOU .
This is the lesson. Pay your bills on time . Your mortgage is the first thing you should pay above all else especially with a high interest rate. Perhaps you should seek out a new mortgage lender to buy out your current mortgage from them . Maybe it is best to go back to paying rent until you are in a better situtation. but this is nothing more than you didnt pay your payment on time now this is the result. It sucks but its happening everyday in america to a new family.
LMAO... oh yeah thats proving your not some blowhard, just venting cause he got caught and now has to pay his bills.
Dont hold your breath gkenigmatic...
Please dont fall for this. It is a SCAM FOLKS!

Yes, let them know from them moment you identify yourself that you are recording the phone call, also let them know any other communications & all phone numbers from this point on will also be recorded because you feel threatened and that you feel you are being scammed and until they can provide you with legal documents proving who they are and what they are trying to collect you will not send them any money per the FBI . (this is what I was told to do by the FBI) This deters alot of these scammers from calling over and over. Get a cheap recording device and use it! Call your local police and file a police report as well as the 3 major credit bureaus and the social security department cause they have your numbers. The FBI website also has an email link on their site to identity theif crimes. You can email them as well. This is a classic scam where you have sent your information online to someone and these people have it.WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT SEND THEM A PENNY!

Well Norman Bates..., Latvia is a country in the baltic region of Northern Europe. And Does anyone have any proof or just general accusations cause they dont like what people say?
so your complaint is you were being paid minimum wage like millions of other americans to do a job when the unemployment rate in this country is over 10%.
Well I have the perfect solution. QUIT and let someone who will be thankful to just have a job have yours.
Someone gave me some good advice one time and maybe you need to hear it. You will never get the big things in life, if you are not grateful for the little things.
Your life could be so much worse. How sad is it that having a job is your big COMPLAINT.
Citifinancial can sign a released lien form for you to take to the dmv and allow you to file for a lost title. It takes a little more time but it isnt a big deal. I dont know why they wouldnt suggest that to you . It can be found on any department of revenue site for your state.
Everytime I go there... Hmmmm the question is .. if you keep getting slow service why do you keep going back?
You had 11 items and are complaining on them.Id be pissed to cause what makes you special... thats like ### cause the cop gave you a ticket for speeding. dude, dont harass folks, just follow basic common sense. 10 means 10, 11 means another line .
See norman bates post on page one. madc
what they dont have tacobell, macdonalds or subway in ohio?
If you notice in every grocery store, wal mart, target or any other store parking lot there are big signs that say we are not responsible for damages to your vehicles by shopping carts. The carts are there as a convience for customers and since customers dont always put them back you take a risk when you park your car on thier lot of being hit by one. If it is bad enough take a claim on your insurance and pay to have it fixed but no judge or jury is going to find the store at fault. Sorry you can complain all you want but it was the person who didnt put the cart back that is to blame not the store that offers the convience of the cart to its customers.
ok so I work in the payday industry and let me explain what happened here. you took out a 400.00 payday loan with 30% interest biweekly. thats 120.00 every payday. they will take that every payday until you call them and say I want to pay more than my interest, which will go towards the original 400.00 you borrowed. what you have here is not a scam, it is quite real. you can pay just interest truly forever and never make any progress towards paying the 400.00 orignial loan back unless you speak up and say you want to pay more than the interest. i.e. 400.00 orginial loan you pay 150.00 - 120.00 goes to interest, 30.00 goes to the 400.00 balance . new balance is 370.00 and your new interest payment is 30% of that which is 111.00 bi weekly.
as for the 795.00 it is probably the orginial loan, 1 month interest ( 2 payments ) and a return check fee if they tried to send it through your bank.
Now beware . If this is a valid loan and you did say you took it out, they can garnish your wages if they know your job information not only for the cost of the loan but for legal cost and back interest BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM TO SEND YOU COPIES OF YOUR CONTRACT, LEGAL PAPERWORK, AND THIER INFORMATION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEALING WITH A REPUTABLE COLLECTION AGENCY!
This was my advice:
It has worked for me in the past and I work in the payday loan industry. I know what the law says about legal collecton practices. The fair debt collection practices does not allow for them to harrass you on your job or home.
