Two things are good:
you made copies of the priimary e-tickets
you made a scan from the air carrier site, which produces a technical error on the side of the air carrier.
You are entitled to submit a claim towards an air-carier and to ask the full refund for each ticket plus maximum compaensation 300'000IDR for each passenger according to ID law.
Note, 2/3 of your text of such claim produce useless information, which may lead to the difficalties of the evaluation o your claim.
The author told a story or fary tale related to the type of public fraud on the part of the authorities in Bruney.
1. The airline is obliged to take the maximum amount in kg, which is produced in the e-ticket. The author did not tell this amount in kg.
2. The airline is respinsible to check the passport holder nationality.
If the nationality / citizenship of passport match the country of the destination airport, the airline is not entitled to refuse of air transportation.
3. The negative emotions are normal, but not in a legal dispute.

your complaint regarding loss of $1200 from Icelandair single e-ticket looks that you has privided fales information
no dates of travel, no class of travel, no departure / destination airport in your complaint
Refer to the e-ticket: it must produce taxes and other charges separately without any insuarance .
The airline must return all taxes in case of any cancellation, without any insurance.
The insuarnce conditions is a document of 4-10 pages.
You did not know, what you paid for by yourself in the time of purchase.
The complaint looks like from a child.
Service for citizens of island Australia residing at Sydney:
Do you really believe that residents of island Australia need a special care by an air carrier?
Your lugguge had not been insurred for each sector from BOM till SYD airports.
The air carrier may reimburse the value of the registered lugguge in kg irrspective of the content.(gold or sand)
Numbers of KG is writen in your bag-tag.
The airline normaly must reply in 21-30 days depending upon a country.
So wait for a service from the 5 star Malsyan airlines in time!

how your meeting with an unknown minister influence on the value of the desired compensation?
which exact figures and the legal grounds prove the basis of your claims for
an unidentified compensation in the form "change fee" and "complementary return ticket for 50 - 100% paid fee in cash"
towards the air carrier without the e-ticket?
Anyway, you are entitled to submit your complaint to US FAA dust been.

The author is wrong:
1. Scycanner is a commercian name, and such name is a legal property in different contriues (minimum 4)
2. In order to address a complaint, you need to check
1) your e-ticket issuing airline and IATA number
2) the sende's name of your e-ticket
3) to get a record from your bank for the exact transation,
if the e-ticket does not produce the IATA number and issuing airline.
4) To claim the return of money via bank in the form of fraud (no IATA number/ no issuing airline).

1) no flight number, no e-ticket issuing airline, no PNR/booking nr, no departing /connection / destionation airport
stated in your message.
You are entitled to feel a complaint against the air carrier or against the air carrier agent in the country of any of the above airports,
if you need a reimbursement.
You did not specify any loss and prove of such loss in your public complaint against the wonderful 5 stars Malasyan airlines.
The operating air carrier delays happen in each airport many times every hour.
The wonderful 5 stars Malasyan airlines delivered your lost luggage within 24 hours - exellentlu fast .
The Qatar airways delivered me my lost lugguge 3 days during my vocations at Jakarta;
and I did not find an objective ground to complaint for days delay.

The auther may complaint for the value of a piece soam, a towel and teeth brush.
In the rest the complaint looks useless for the author.

The author's message looks like cheap lies for kids against the iar carrier.
No chance and no grounds for a reimbursemnet.
It is not a complaint against the arline, but the cast from Booliwood for cheap and about cheap Indian smaglers.
It is not a complaint against the first class service of the four stars exellent Qatar Airways,
but an operational staff related to each airline in everyday opearations.
I can not advise "to seat at home, and do not fly" to the author.
But all ailines hate such booring passengers, which expect priveleges in the time and in the place,
where such priveleged service must not be expected by the airline.
The only issue:
the four stars exellent Qatar Airways dalayed 2 conncting flights for all passengers, not for first class passenger only.
Though the author as well as most of the first class travelers can not prove their losses.

Before the submission of the complain towrds the service provider (air carrier or their agent), please
state for yourself:
What was the class of your service at the flight from Varadero airport?
Did the air line / agent state the maximum amount in PC / KG / LB of unchecked lugguge for you in the e-ticket / PNR ?
DID the airline ask you regarding UN_CHECKED LUGGUGE the during the check-in procedure?
DID the airline issue the tag for UN_CHECKED LUGGUGE the during the check-in procedure?
If the airline had not issued anything of the above you may claim a compensation?
Did you get a receipt which prove that your luggege had been confiscated by unknown staff?
Wording "ALOT of money" is zero money.

The are no any prove that you had confirmed recervation with an air carrier.as welll as
there is no prove of the existance of any lugguge assiciated with your phone without country code / unknown number AK 290224 .
No chance of a legal assitanse for the author.

The irregularity form has to be attcahed to your claim, addressed to the iar carrier.
NOT HERE
The claim must containt time / date of travel departure - arrival airport
weight according bag-tag numbers.
You need to submit the claim exprssed in figures and your account ID to the iarline by-email / at web site / by registed post.
Each country has their own limits for such claims from 15 till 30 days, Malsya including.
An airline needd to respond within 15-30 days depending upon the country law related to a pssenger of a civil aircraft.

It is a responsibility of the national court to issue the decision regarding the claim of the passenger in regard with dispute with an air carrier due to delay / any refusal to carry the passenger, if the passenger have the evidencies.

You can submit the complaint to the Turkish airlines air carrier or to the travel agaent in order to get the compensations, and to save your eticket / boardings pass in you computer till the court resolution
not later than within 1 year.
If you do not know, how to submit such complaint,
you can hire the lawyer or a legal professional (cheaper option) in your country for fee.
Fees range from equivalent from USD100 - USD300 per such case, plus the application fee in the court.

Nobody can investigate a matter, if the complainant is unable to define the purpose (what do you need at stake).

The are no attached document which produce eticket/ boarding passes of the passenger.
There is no indication of the events, mentined in your public complaint.
If you wish the finacil compensation for a possible act against your interetsts, which is not stated in the contract of carriage between the passenger and the air carrier / see your unattcahed e-ticket /, the passenger can hire a lawyer for the agreed fee in the chosen country of embarcation, transit or disembarcation.
Fees range start from approxmately 150EUR per such case.

Theare no attached boarding passes and eticket of each passenger.
There is no indication of the events, mentined in your public complaint.

If you are busy and yu wish the financial compensation for a possible act against your interest, which is not stated in the contract of carriage between the passenger and the air carrier / see your unattcahed e-ticket /, the passenger can hire a lawyer for the agreed fee in the any country for the legal assistance in the case against air carrier, usually not later than 1 year following the flight.
There is no fault of the air carrier seen from such complaint.
