The complaint regarding the flight along with request on reimbursemnet of the defined sum shall be submitted to the air carrier as follows in minimum:
- air carrier name, address
- passenger name address contacts
- PNR / eticect
- defined reason of reimbursment
- the sum of the reimbursement

The air carrier shall reimburse within 10 days, which usually air carriers do not do.
The rest dispute shall be continue in the court.

If the author wants the compensation, the complaint regarding the delay of the flight or regarding the lack of the services on the international contract of the air carriage along with request on reimbursement, preferably of the defined sum, shall be submitted to the air carrier as follows:
- air carrier name, address
- passenger name address contacts
- PNR of 6 signs or e-ticket number of 13 digits
- events in the chronological order; I assume that the text of the public complaint match this condition partially
- reason of reimbursment; I assume that the text of the public complint match this condition partially
- the sum of the reimbursemnt or the other form of the reimbursemnt

The air carrier shall reimburse within 10-15 days, which usually air carriers do not do.
Each air carrier employ the lawyers.

The subsmission of the complaint to the same addressee more than 2 times is useless.

It is unclear for any one, how your presented correspondence relate to the Turkish Airlines [flight].
It is a responsibility of the passenger to have a valid passport and visa, if nessesary, for the flight.
There are no e-ticket and no passport (with valid visa or the receipt for valid visa) are seen.
Such public complaint can not be unrstood the Turkish Airlines.

There is no valid PNR TMGIXH with the Turkish airlines.
The complaints regarding the broken luggage, which occured during the flight, must be submitted to the air carrier within 7 days after the the Turkish airlines flight is over.
There is no prove of the passenger seen from such public complaint.
The Turkish Airlines do not respond to the complaints related to the reponsivbility of other carriers.

It is objetively unclear, which exact Turkish airlines flight was scheduled on August 31, from the text.
The Turkish airlines can process the requests of the passengers for special needs, if such one was delivered to the Turkish airlines processing center or to their agent 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight in clearly expressed words.

Mr Sharif Hossain, it is unclear, what is the realation between you and the Turkish airlines.
The Turkish airlines do not deal with all relatives of each passenger, but it is their duty to fullfill with the air transportation contract of the passenger.
Moreover, the Turkish airlines can provide the weelchairs for a limitted number of passengers, not to all passengers.

There are no copy of the air ticket(s) presented in the complaint.
The ticket has 13 digits number, PNR has 6 signs.
One copy of PNR and of the ticket are distributed between
a. Air line or their agent
b. Passenger
c. Operator of the reservation system

This public site is managed by the private persons, which are not directly connected with the global reseravation sytems of the air carriers or of their travel agents.
Visitors can not conclude what are the exact needs of the customer of unidentified
Air Tansania.

2. Who (name written at uniform, relation with the air carrier, desk number) refused to issue the boarding pass,
in suggession, that each passenger presented himself or herself at least in 50 minutes prior to departure in Amsterdam airport?

3. There is no prove that the Turkish airlines executed three passengers for the torture on 4/10/2019 or earlier.

The passnger can submit the complaint regarding the possible delay to the registered office of the Turkish airlines by 1. Electronic text 2. Letter or 3. In person, without overvoicing.
