Get over it. You do not need an apology for the wait. You obviously saw that the other car was waiting for their order, so it is no surprise what was going on. AS for your wait time, making fresh takes a minute. Next time, stay home.

I have all the facts you put in your complaint. If there are more facts, then state them. Otherwise, I will go by your own words. Which is stupid.

The employee was being honest with you and you call that rude? Most of those items are not kept in stock because there is no room to house them, that is why they have displays and they order them. They order them directly from the manufacturer, so no, there is not always an exact delivery date. If you want a washer that is in stock, go to an appliance store, where that is all they do.

I think you are seriously in need of a few friends if you expect people to jump up and down in glee that you are there to talk to them.

Two years and no problems suggests the kid just got a random rash. It happens. If your kid is two, get it out of diapers and into potty training.
Then there are those who think these people are waiters and leave their change.

You must not be able to tell that they are stocking. Since they do not work overnight to stock, they have to do so during the regular business hours. I have managed to shop in stores like this for 27 years without ever having hurt myself. It is a simple case of watching your kids and watching where you are going.

Otherwise, you will be here complaining that the shelves are empty.

The plastic bag probably made it sweat.
It looks like part of a plastic bag, like the ones the cups and lids come in. No business is perfect.
Your rental issues have no bearing on her job. If your parting of the ways was awkward she is in no way legally obligated to serve you. In fact, every store in this country has the right to refuse service., I work in a pharmacy and there are 3 people I refuse to deal with. I pass them over to another tech. That is my right. As is it is hers. Your complaint has no validation.
Then either go inside or leave.
If you are concerned for their merchandise apply for a job.
