When I used to live in an apartment, and was expecting a parcel delivery by courier, I would simply just call them and have them route it to the nearest pickup location. This is a much easier, and cheaper option for you than "I have also contacted one of lawyer in this matter with all proof of surveillance camera and my phone call detail as proof ."
