Hello Santhakumar, we are sorry to hear that you are affected by the cancellations to Kochi, due to the bad weather situation. We are trying to accommodate each guest on the flights that they would like to fly on, however since many guests have been affected by this delay and re-booked via Trivandrum, it might be that all flights are fully booked now and this flights are not available anymore, and only available on a later date. Hi Mohanned, sorry to read about this. If the dimensions of your hand carry including the wheels & the handle exceed the maximum allowed ones: 50cm x 40cm x 25cm, you will be asked to check it in. This is to ensure that we have enough space in the overhead compartment to accommodate all our guests' hand baggage.
