Hello Georg, our team is checking each baggage case thoroughly and if the bag can still be used, it is considered as a minor damage. A compensation can be provided if the bag can't be used anymore due to severe damage. *Marc

Hello Jagdish, we are sorry to hear about that. The allowance of guests travelling in Economy Class is 7 kg hand baggage plus an additional 5 kg personal item which could be a wallet. If the ticket was from Jet Airways, then they would inform you. We can also see that you have said that you have booked through an agent. Dear Guest, could you please clarify if you have selected your seat 24 hour prior departure? We'd like to explain to you that From 15th July, we have introduced our seat reservation to our guests. Guests wishing to pre-reserve a seat in Economy class will be charged a fee ranging between USD 10-30 dependent on the route. Previously guests could request a seat, but this was not guaranteed. The small fee guarantees your choice of seat. Guests still have the option of selecting any remaining seat free of charge, 24 hours before your flight. Or we will allocate you any remaining seat.
