Hello Sawan, we are sorry to hear that. Seats can be selected 24 hours before your flight for free in our Online Check in. You can also purchase seats for a small fee with our Contact Centre as soon as you booked your ticket. Exit row seats are paid seats. It might happened that not all exit row seats were sold, even though the plane was full. In this case instead of leaving the seats empty any guest will be assigned to sit on the seats, as they need to be filled for safety purposes. You would pay the fee to assure that you would get an exit row seat, as else it is possible that you would get a seat in the middle as it has been offered to you. Hello, we are sorry to hear that the flight was overbooked. We understand that this situation is frustrating for you. It can happen that a flight is overbooked and that guests will be not able to to board. In this case accommodation will be provided if applicable, you will be re-booked on the next available flight and you will receive a compensation voucher that can be used within 1 year from the date of issuance. Hello Juliet, we are sorry to hear about this situation. Every guest has the option to select seats free of charge in Business Class as soon as they booked their flight, to avoid similar issues. If all seats are occupied and all guests have selected seats already, we will not be able to change it outside of the airport. We are prioritizing families to sit together, which might not always be possible if all seats are selected and if you have not pre-selected the seats. You can approach our staff at the Business Class check in counter to check with them if they are able to assign you seats together if another guest agrees to change his or her seat. If this is not possible our Crew will be happy to assist you, to look after your daughter and you and your daughter will also be able to stand up during the flight to be together if the seat belt sign is switched off. *Marc
