I worked for McDonalds all through high school, it was a good first job. I kept working there doing the best I could do because I have a few morals and a good work ethic. I continued my education and moved on. Get off your lazy ### learn a trade, or go get some kind of education so that you can move on. The pay at McDonalds is very good for a no skill, no motivation, lazy and yes stupid, which you sound to be very much just that stupid. X-mas bonus? Are you insane? Why should an employer give any bonus for any employee that is as unproductive as you unthankful as you? Your not forced to work at Mcdonalds, you can leave any time you want. Want a job with better pay? Get off your lazy ### and work for it, prove to an employer your more than just a body sucking air.
When my two children were at the age of needing high chairs, we had our own portable. Why? There is no guarantee that the restaurant would have one or two that was not in use. I know that my wife and I were not the only people in the world that have children, and that it is a very good possibility when we stop to have a bite there is a VERY good possibility that a high chair may not be available. So we purchased a folding type child’s chair that is designed to be secured to a table. That chair was for the baby, for the older child we just took into the restaurant the car booster seat. Problem solved. It’s called being able to think for ones self instead of having other people solve your problems. My suggestion get over it and use your head for more useful purposes like solving your own selfish problems.
If your on such a strict diet, why are you going out to eat in the first place? I doubt very much your very strict diet would allow anything but raw vegetables bought at supermarkets that swear the product is strictly organic, grown in a local farm that does not use migrant workers.
Why phone your complaints, write a letter. Complaints in writing are always more productive. If you paid your bill on line you get whats called a confirmation number. Print the screen as the instructions tell you to do so you have proof you paid your bill.
You loan is due on the first day of the month, not on 17th. if you go past 16 days you will get a late fee, plain and simple. the payment must be processed no later than the 16th day of the month, not in the mail by the 16th. pay your bill on or before it's due date and your problems will go away. the company is doing nothing illegal, it is doing exactly what is spelled out in your contract. so like the company you are complaining about, abide with what the contract says to do.
If a credit card company sells your account to a loan servicing company, more than likely you are late a lot and it's a close account. You are high risk and they cut their loses. The problem was caused by how you handle your bills.

My loan was sold two years ago to ASC and I have had zero problems. Pay on time, I always pay my bills with my banks online bill pay service. ASC on their web site does have a contact link. You have to logon though. You might ought to also look at your monthly bill, you know that mailing you get oh about two to three weeks before your bill is due? It has phone numbers, fax numbers and a correspondence address. Your just a little slow eh?
Your not telling the whole story. A trustee? Are you in chapter 13?

The opening sentence says it all. You fell behind, did not "catch up" and now the vehicle is being reposed. More than you thought was owed? In repossession, YOU pay for all fees required to take over the car. If you want it back YOU have to pay all those fees on top of paying off the vehicle. If you had gone to the finance company BEFORE things got out of hand they may have worked with you. You also have to remember; you signed a contract spelling out what will happen if you make payments on time and what will happen if you do not. They are only abiding to that contract, maybe you should do the same.
Carmax does not have to do a damn thing, you have to. It's your loan! What you want every body to do your work for you or are you just stupid? Get all the documents photo copy them, send the photocopy’s with a letter explaining what happened by registered receipt back mail. If what you are saying is true this will be fixed all by mail in a few weeks.
You owe nothing yet you had to pay GE a monthly payment? Sounds like you have a loan you are in default on. I'm sorry you have financial problems but you also have a contract.
You are not trying very hard if you can not find ASc's web site. Google shows it two pages in, yahoo the same. Dont want to use the phone? Set up an automated payment with your bank. Send out your payment when you get the bill which comes about two weeks BEFORE the bill is due. Having trouble paying your bills? Drop your monthly payments by getting rid of the stuff you do not need. Things like internet service, cable/satellite service, if you have both cell phone and land line, drop one of them. You were most likely behind before the surgery, the forbearance agreement came about because enough time went by with missing and late payments that foreclosure was threatened. The very fact you have a forbearance agreement shows that ASC is more than willing to work with you. It would seem to your betterment to work harder at honoring your original contract and the forbearance contract.
You would have fallen behind with out an illness or child support. You were notified by mail 30 days before your first bill was due to ASC by both your original lender and ASC because of federal law. Nobody has to ask your permission to buy that loan, get over it. That "modification" is called forbearance, they are working with you, they do not want to foreclose because they will lose a great deal of money when that happens.

ASC is not accepting your "attempted" payments because you are most likely being foreclosed, and if you read your mail you most likely already have been notified. The company did not ruin your credit, you did that. Instead of ranting on a website hoping to find some one that has sympathy for you get a lawyer and work on saving what you have left.
It is YOUR responsibility to properly address automatic payments with your bank. When your loan was sold you were notified 30days in advance, you had plenty of time to make all the necessary adjustments. You were also advised that if you made a payment after or during the transfer process to the original loan underwriter would apply the payment with out penalty to you. This is required by law. So stop the BS. Quit looking for some one to handle your affairs and place blame.
"Reading over everyone's posting, it is nice to know we are not crazy. My husband and I are real estate investors and have several mortgages." You mean amateurs; no you’re not crazy, just stupid. The body of your “complaint proves that.

"Three of our mortgages were sold to ASC and it has been a nightmare ever since. Along with the harassing phone calls, (reminding me before the due date) that my payment was due." You mean late calls after you missed paying the bill on the 1st when it's due. Nothing illegal. If it happens every month you need a reminder.

"(Mind you with three accounts we got triple the phone calls. We have two mortgage payments that are similar to the cents, different only by .10. Two payments were applied to one account mistakenly and one account showed past due, I was assured by an attendant that it would be corrected right away."

BS, loan payments are applied by loan numbers not a check dollar amount.

" Months later, after they threatened to repossess my house etc, and reported to my credit report, I finally had to pay an additional payment."

You missed a payment and did not "catch up", what do you expect? If one of your renters did that you would evict them. There is no additional payment, the payment they want is the one that you missed.

" They fixed my credit report, but I still have an account that is paid a month in advance. They refuse to refund that amount, saying if it's paid a month ahead I have them automatically draft my account because I am terrified I will fall into their nightmare web of customer (non)service."

You need to run your "investment" business like a business. You need to hire a manager as that it is obvious you have no clue how to run your business. With the level of incompetentance you show you should be foreclosed on, I just feel sorry for your renters.
"I just read a list of complaints against ASC. I just have to add my own list of harassing phone calls, threating foreclosure, and generally abusive tactics ---- even before I might be "late". They have backed off recently since I have never been late (beyond the "grace" period). I do not know and I think they do not know if they are a mortgage company, a Real Estate Company or a debt collection Agency. They talk as if they own the house I built instead of being a loan customer where the collateral I used was my home - a big difference. I did not select them. They took over a mortgage from Ageis mortgage. Stay away if you can."

You need to understand, there is a loan against your house. You do not "own" it, the mortgage company does. You are renting until the note is cleared.
“My loan was also sold to ASC. They told me over the phone that there was no web sight where I could pay my bill. I never got my bill for December and it is not the first time that I have not received a bill. My payment was about $880.00 until they changed it to $1180.00 saying they needed more money for property taxes. I was already paying more than the suggested rate. I bought my house in March of 2005. I am thinking about refinancing with a good company. I was on the web looking for a web site to get tax information off it. I just hope they send me the information so I could file it with my taxes. The things I read here are scary, and I thought I was paying too much. I am more strongly considering the refinance option. D0es anyone know a good reputable mortgage company?”

What does being a cop with kids and a wife have anything to do with this? What scares me is you are a cop, are you as bad a cop as you are in home finances? Just like you say to your suspects, there’s more here than you are telling. Oh and read you contract, you will find that just one payment missed is reason to foreclose or demanding full payment of the total loan. You could have easily worked out a forbearance agreement when the problem first happened. I do not know of a single mortgage contract that will accept a partial payment. The very seconded you get in trouble, what is anyone advised to do? Call your creditors! Even ASC will work with you.
Read your letter of loan transfer. You are told that any payment made to the old loan company will be applied to the new loan holder with out any fees or penalties. This of course do not go on forever, there is usually a 30 or 60 day period for the transfer. That letter spells it all out. Put on your underwear and grow up. “These people” are not “getting away” with anything. They are doing what is legal, and what is spelled out in the contract YOU signed, read it.
It's not taking advantage of any one. How the payments are to be made are spelled out. Follow the instructions and you will not get a late fee and your credit report will not show repeated late payments. Stop using the “grace period” as a cushion. The due date is the due date. One second into the day after the due date it is late! PAY your bills BEFORE the due date and your self inflicted problem will go away.

I just looked at the Flagsonline web site. There is no phone number you can call; all customer service is done through e-mail. You were given a FedEx number because your order was processed and shipped. Along with that FedEx number you were also given a tracking number. You need to call fedEx and find out where your package went. Most likely, that is what flagonline have already told you via your "repeated" e-mail attempts.

What do your loan papers say. Maybe you ought to read and understand that first.

Why would you pay for a criminal check on a person? That is all public record, the vast majority of the time you can get the records via the net at the municipality’s web site for free.
Now you know why you need to diagnose the problem before you buy an electrical part. electrical parts are non returnable. if you look in the store, there is a sign that says just that. secondly, you never handle the glass part of the bulb with your bare fingers. the oil on your fingers gets transferred to the bulb, which gets very hot. that can cause the bulb to fracture. where does it say that on the box? I have never seen a halogen bulb box with out that piece of information. maybe if you insist on dyi, buy some books. learn before you do.
If you are in the mortgage industry then you would know that if you are that close to your due date on your closing date you pay the mortgage. By law you will be refunded the overage. So I'll assume you are not in the mortgage industry, or just not very smart.
