McDonald's - food poisioning
i was with my wife this morning in mcdonald located at 898 s. bascom ave san jose ca 95128 store#843 i had bac egg ch bagel and decaf coffee and my wife small senior coffee unfortunitly i am poisoned by this sandiwicth by the way your employee was holding few pound cheese without glowse in there hand employee was female with a blue shirt this is terrible experience for me and my wife to had breakfast today 05-19-2008 at 07:37 am my next step will send email to news and media

Did anyone actually go to the hospital or get checked out by a doctor?
My sister in law took my disabled nephew to mcdonalds in louisville kentucky keep in mind hes on multiple seizure meds among other meds to keep him from bleeding out or going into a seizure and resp. distress they ordered the egg n cheese biscut when they got home russell (my nephew ) took a few bites out of his sandwich and bit into a hard object when they opened his sandwich to their amazement it was a pill of some sort they immediately called mcdonalds to notify the manager and they were told they probably put the pill in his food to get their money back so they contacted the police to turn in the pill and they took it saying they would do tests to find out what it was even the local police and health dept took it with a grain of salt thank god russell wasnt hurt but still things like this need publication
