Professional Builders & Renovation and Zack turned a dull family room into a comfort zone. He is an Artist. We recommend him highly. The job was completed in one day as promised. We are very happy with this room.

Avraham is very thorough and honest. The workers did a great job and finished on time. They arrived on time and cleaned up after. We got what we were promised for an agreed upon price. We were in constant communication with Avraham who answered our calls and showed up promptly for all our appointments.

We love our addition! My wife and I each had 1 priority item for the new bathroom and both of us are extremely satisfied with how those expectations were met. The bedroom is more beautiful than we could have imagined. From the moment we met Zack we could tell he was listening to what we wanted and creating a vision and a plan to get it for us. The crew worked hard and the end result is incredible!

We wanted to update our master bathroom and get a new counter and countertop we started looking for someone to do it and respond Ibrahim it was a good decision we now have a beautiful bathroom and not only did he fix that one but also remodel the guest bathroom if it's such a fantastic job in his crew was amazing they worked rapidly and they cleaned up the house better than it was before they started we would recommend them to anyone thank you Abraham and crew

Abraham was very professional during the entire process of the re-roofing of a greenhouse that was built in the late 60's by my dad. Abraham took into account all the details my dad had wanted to be put into the new roof. When the work was completed, my dad and I were very pleased with the work that was done and have nothing but praise for Abraham as he went above and beyond what my dad and I expected and when the job was done, my dad and I were very pleased with the outcome.

We have a 2 story Victorian home and we had the whole inside remodeled, they are an amazing company and workers. They work with pride. We had our whole kitchen torn out and redone totally, it turned out amazing. If there was something that needed to be fixed they would fix it or they would give us there opinions. We had new flooring put in downstairs and in the bathroom upstairs. The upstairs bathroom had a full over hauling and I'm so impressed with there work. I will always use them for anything else.

We have used Zac before and have been happy with all his work. We called him this time because we had a serious issue with our neighbors above us, they had a leak at their toilet and it destroyed our ceiling in our master bathroom. Zac was the first person that we thought about. He completed the ceiling so that you cannot even tell there was any issues! The work was fantastic! We also used him to take a 8' piece of granite and turn it into our office desk and the finished product was more beautiful than we thought it would be.

Zack and his crew did a good job on my home repair. The old beam that held up the front of my garage was cracking and the roof was sagging. The crew propped up the roof, replaced the beam with a much stronger beam and bigger posts. It was all done to code and passed all inspections. I'm no longer worried about the front of my roof caving in. The workers were always pleasant, came on time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They also followed the Covid-19 distancing and mask wearing guidelines. I would hire them again.

Zack and his crew are fabulous! Always thinking of the customer first and how to please them. I had Professional Builders & Renovation begin in my very small kitchen and they turned it into a beautiful, functional kitchen with more space. They did such a beautiful and professional job at a very reasonable price that I hired them to redo my interior doors, floors, paint the interior and add crown molding. Despite COVID they were able to complete the job in a reasonable time frame. As with any project you have obstacles, but with this company they quickly resolved issues and moved on. They turned a kitchen I hated and a home I was 'okay' with into a beautiful home I love to come home to each day. I will definitely rehire this company again for any project I have. I highly recommend you use this company.

We worked with Zach at Professional Builders for a complete kitchen remodel. He had great ideas and some very nice custom cabinets to choose from, giving us so much more storage. He helped us with the plans, measurements, and did the plan drawings. I'd give him a 4.3 or 4.4, but I can't manage to place a partially filled star. On some things like the customized granite countertops I'd give him a 5! And 4.5 for the cabinets only because the stove fitting was too tight. I'd give him a 4 for scheduling and 3.8 on cleaning up, but it wasn't bad at all. 5 is super excellent. The other reason for a 4.4-4.5, is that I had to carefully review the work and remind them about fixing things more than I should have. But the good thing is that they followed through and fixed things. I'd recommend them for a kitchen remodel; just communicate exactly what you want.

I started with PB&R by doing something I have never done. I answered a cold call. After a year of frustration in trying to hire someone for a relatively small job,I decided to at least get an estimate. Zach showed up precisely when expected. That in itself was an improvement over most of the rest. Zach sees things most people don't, or choose to ignore. He spotted some tiny flaws in workmanship that I was convinced no one but me could see but that constantly annoyed me. It certainly caused me to think this is someone who will do the job to the high level of competency I appreciate. So far they have added a new-built window to a small bedroom. It looks great, the work was done timely - once the actual window was received. Any delays were due to the hold ups in delivery of a lot of different items these days. The workmen were all polite, friendly while being very focused on their job. A special call out to Rigo. I appreciate that with a couple of minor missed communications people showed up when expected. And Zach is a delight to work with.

We had a job done with job supervisor Leo on the last week of August in 2021 in the SF Bay Area. This job was essentially an exterior paint job. When he bid the job, it was not itemized by line item. He insisted that we may need exterior wood working done and we added a sizeable portion added to the job (>50%) because wood is so expensive. I would not know exactly how much as he did not separate item by item. The total was pulled out of his head. After pressure washing prior to painting. We found we did NOT need any of this wood work done. Leo did not do the work and also would not change the contract amount asking us to pay thousands of dollars more for work not being done. On a positive note, the painter did a great job and were polite and thorough. I learned the following: 1). Make sure they itemize the work being done with line amounts. 2). Get a competitive bid. These guys charge double what you can get competitively. 3). When we questioned any of the charges, it suddenly got real nasty with our contractor Leo. He just wanted his money, even though he said the job will be done perfectly. I greatly overpaid for this and learned my lesson.
