I purchased the Zevo spray for insects that I occasionally find in my home. However, after using it about 4 or 5 times, the can stopped spraying. The can is not even half empty, and as someone with a limited income, I can't afford to keep buying a product that stops working. I really love this product because it is safe for my pets and it works effectively. I would greatly appreciate it if I could have the can replaced, if possible. Please let me know what information you would need from the can.

I love this first of all. But I bought four can and the first one work ok but then I got the second one out and it will not spray so I got the third one out and it did the same thing the fourth one too and as much as they are I try to change the spray cap but that did not work. Sometthing need to be changeg on the design.

I bought two packets of these when they were on sale at New World. They work well, but leave a horrible strong chemical smell (and even taste!) on the dishes, especially plastic and silicone. I have a toddler which makes residual chemical tastes and smells more worrying.

Even rinsing doesn't get rid of the smell or taste. It took multiple washes (with other brand dishwashing tablets) and rinses for it to dissipate.

It was so bad that I had to stop using them and buy another brand that I've used before and know doesn't do this. I've used about 1/3 to half a pack of 52 and have a whole unopened pack as well.

It's been very disappointing and not what I expected from Fairy.

I love your product. I have been using the Weightless Dry Spray (White Peach + Argan Oil) for almost 2 years. My complaint is that when the 'can' is about 1/4 full, it no longer sprays the product. I believe I'm following instructions to Shake Well before using and hold upright 6" from target area. This has happened 2 out of 3 of the bottles I have purchased. Has this been reported previously? I really like spray and don't really want to find another. I have been using SECRET deodorant for many years. Any ideas how I can get every drop from this product? Thanks for listening.

Since years, I have been purchasing the Always pads with or without wings. In my recent purchases I started to observe that the pads: display an awful odour -they are scented- , they leak badly and the adhesive plastic sticks awfully in my underwear. Most of the time, I need to sink my underwear in water for a while, until the adhesive material is gone.

I really don’t see how this new branded pads are better than previous ones.

Not a satisfying experience wearing Always pads.

I purchased a can of Secret Dry Spray and the spray nozzle is broken. How disappointing to need the deodorant you just spent $10 on and it doesn't work.

Is there a way to get a coupon to replace it? Receipt was tossed.

Item was purchased at a Publix grocery store in Florida while on vacation out of my state and I reside in Wisconsin. The time frame was April 2023.

Your febreze plug in do not last as long as you advertise. I have it in the low side and it may last a month, not the time span you advertise. I’ve tried it more than one time and it do not last the time span you advertise. I feel it’s false advertisement when your product does not live up to your advertisement. The product is your Febreze plug ins.

I'm writing to you regarding Ariel platinum + extra.
I washed my curtains in these tabs, when I took them out of the washing machine first of all the tab had melted in the rubber around the machine door and my curtains were stained mauve, so I thought maybe I give them another try, so today 19.04.2023

I decided to wash my large grey bed throw, again the same thing has occurred, I have had to re wash it twice more and spray with a stain remover as again the tab had melted into the rubber of the washing machine door and mauve patches all over my bed throw.

I have a front loader washer and have been using Tide Pods for several years but in the past few days as I take the clothes out of the dryer, I am finding undissolved pods. I don't wash in cold water so they should have dissolved as in the past; I even did one load with hot water and the same thing happened. I always place them in the washer first and never overload the drum. Even with the heat of the dryer, they did not dissolve. I had to run to the store and buy a bottle of liquid detergent and wash the clothes again. Please advise. I like the convenience of the pods but may have to go back to liquid detergent to avoid having to do double duty.

I would just like to bring to your attention a problem with the most recent box of pods I purchased. Six of them were stuck together in two's as in the picture I am attaching and so when I used one I could not get them apart without breaking one. This was a total waste and I was really disappointed.

I enjoy the product and will not stop using it, just wanted to alert you to this.

I have used fairy non bio washing powder for years and found it excellent. However I recently bought fairy non bio tabs by mistake as the packaging is very similar.

I thought I'd try it but unfortunately both my daughter and I suffer with sensitive skin and we immediately reacted and came out in a rash.

I am stuck with a load of tabs I cannot use.

However I write to ask you to consider changing the packaging to ensure customers are clear whether they are buying the platinum or the original as there is clearly a difference.

I am informing you to advise why I will no longer purchase your febreze air spray air fresheners. While I have been a loyal consumer for years within the last few months I have 3 of the canisters cease to spray when they were still 1/2 to almost full. The product won't spray. This is not the first time I have had problems with this product. I usually return the product if I still have a receipt or end up throwing it away. Since making a complaint regarding your New Formula, Ariel" (Fast Dissolving). My wife is still having to scrap out the soap dispenser with a scraper to remove soap which as harden?
Although we have received your email' 1 February 2023 there was no further contact regaining the above complaint. Sadly, after many years of using Ariel without confronting any problems like we are seeing now and with our local Tosco's only selling this new Ariel' we will need to move away to a different soap powder. We would like to invite anyone from P&G to come and test your new formula,

Purchased tablets at local Countdown Mosgiel supermarket.
Using P&G products without issue, I have no complaints about general performance of the product, however... the issue I bring to your table is this:
This product, FAIRY Platinum, it would seem, has stripped and critically damaged 'heat applied transfers' on decorative Star Wars ceramic mugs

(see attached images).

Mugs were gifts, have sentimental value, etc. The stripped image issue did not occur before switching to your product. Sorry.
I like your product in general, convenient, well packaged (apart from the obvious caustic environmental issues of single use packaging being obvious) I have no other issues concerning performance and cleaning ability...but, the images being damaged are a blight on the favor the product might otherwise enjoy.
I hope we can reach some kind of accord.

Hello, I like your Febreze Air Refresher Linen & Sky but my latest canister has a broken spray mechanism and there is still most of the liquid remaining. I'm so disappointed. We are currently having problems with a box of washing pods that we recently purchased in the UK.
They often smear the front of the machine door, or fail to dissolve properly and leave temporary marks on the clothes we are washing. In one instance, I removed the finished washing, only to find a completely unused washing pod. We mostly wash at 40’ and occasionally at 30’. Our modern LG washing machine is always set to spin at the maximum for the selected program, up t 1400 RPM maximum. The view from Customer Services would be much appreciated

I always purchased in the past your secret spray deodorants. So I purchased your new secret aluminum free dry spray and I am so disappointed in it. After you spray it, it leaks from the top or at times continues to spray which is very bad as that you can get it in your eyes, or face. Plus, it drips and gets on your hands. The code on the can is [protected] net wt 4.1oz. I just want you to be aware of this problem and let me know what causes this unfortunate problem that I am having with this product. I will return to you if you want to do further research on this product. And I would like a replacement product, if not the same, then another. Thank you
