Our center has been with Procare for many years and rarely had issues. I purchased the right to use the program until they changed it so that everyone has to pay $89/month regardless. They had supposedly emailed me notification, but had an email that didn't exist so I found out about it when I logged into to do year end statements. I have spent hours on the phone and emailing with the rep Jesse Klene who is unavailable and unconcerned about people who are trying to run a business. It is the end of the month and end of the year and I was left without time to find a new program. Since Jesse doesn't return emails in a timely manner, I am left with waiting another hour on hold to be told to talk to the rep. Terrible business practices. They deserve zero stars.
