Tomas gave a excellent class which benefited first time shooters to the experienced. My wife had never shot before and he was very patient in his teachings with her. It was a well thought out course which covered required material. I would suggest anyone looking to acquire a concealed weapons permit to attend his class.

The class was good. Lots of info. Thomas and the assistant were really helpful with helping you get comfortable with handling the firearm. My only complaint would be that you don't get a lot of shooting practice. We were only allowed three shots at the target. It would've been nice to practice more with the instructor there.

Instructor Tomas was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was patient and thorough. He answered wvery question asked. Allows you to experience various semiautomatic and revolvers. I learned so much. I feel more confident in owning my firearm. I will recommend anyone to attend this educational program. This was the best $50 spent on myself.

Very informative with good video matched to topic being discussed. The instructor took time to provide those who needed additional support without slowing down the others. The class was exactly as advertised and a very good value. I am thinking of having my wife take the safety course that is offered when I take the course again as a refresher to keep me sharp.

Took the CCL required training and shooting with Tomas at Pro-Firearms. The class was informative, easy to follow, and Tomas made the class very interesting by also having students handle several unloaded firearms. You can tell Tomas is genuinely looking to make students informed and comfortable. I will add it was VERY inexpensive. I've paid 3x as much in other states.

Pro-Firearms Academy did an excellent job going over the proper and safe methods of handling a firearm. Very thorough explanation on the mechanics and functions of the firearm itself. Hands on training on multiple firearms. The class is completed at the range, where everything needed was included. What we learned in class was put to use at the range. Overall, excellent value for this CCW course.

Tomas is a very effective trainer with great background and obvious experience ... He explains concepts effectively and invites questions, all while treating his students with respect and dignity. It's been a real joy to meet him (and Sue) in this training and look forward to interacting with them both in the future. I recommend his class to everyone interested in receiving this training! A big reason I haven't gotten my concealed carry or shopped much for firearms was because I didn't want to be made to feel dumb or be taken by someone looking to make a sale. Tomas taught an excellent class. He made my friends and I feel educated and confident. I will take all of my firearms training and buying business to Pro Firearms Academy from now on. I will also take anyone looking for their classes to PFA too.

Tomas is a great instructor! He is so patient and makes sure all of his students feel comfortable about what they are doing. He also loves to share his knowledge with you and answer any questions you might have. I walked in feeling a little nervous and left feeling very comfortable in my knowledge and abilities. I would highly recommend his course for anyone! Out of 21 of us there that day, 12 were women! Loved seeing that. Thank you, Tomas!

Despite 27 years of out-of-state law enforcement, I decided a basic refresher course would be interesting. And it was very informative. I learned a thing or two. Tomas teaches an excellent class for the experienced and inexperienced alike. He has so much material, you may not get breaks or or time for lunch, so plan accordingly. He will hold your attention and provides hands-on drills with a nice selection of handguns. The time will go quickly!

The class met all my expectations. It was a good mix of interactive verbal instruction reinforced with videos, and hands on familiarity with various practice firearms and dummy ammunition of different grip sizes, weights and calibers. At the conclusion of the classroom instruction the class went to the firing range to demonstrate safe and knowledgeable firearm handling and shooting at paper targets. Tomas Pro-Firearms Academy does a great job, and I highly recommend this class.

I had taken a different class at a different company a few years ago. In comparison, I learned 10 times more with Pro-Firearms Academy! Tom not only teaches the basics but he really gets into depth with the information you need to know. It shows he truly cares about you and your your rights to carry. He genuinely wants you to be proficient and have as much knowledge as possible. I have every intention of referring any and all who are interested in attending his class.

I found Thomas and Sue to be very competent and courteous. Thomas was very thorough in his presentation and would answer any questions I had. Sue was always there to assist with the hands on portions. Although the class was designed to cover all of the NRA requirements, they clearly were flexible and tailored the class to individual needs. If you are looking for a concealed carry class I HIGHLY recommend this one! I learned so much, especially from the hands on gun handling training portion of the class. Over the 4 hours, Tom continues to build your knowledge of safe gun handling. I was never rushed, had one on one training and the repetition of safe gun handling methods will stay with me. His goal is clearly to promote safety and he succeeds. This is definitely the class I would recommend for all levels of experience because he is an exceptional instructor.

This class was very informative. I sorta wish is was longer, because Tomas was great at teaching and showing proper ways to handle a firearm. I took his class on Saturday, Registered for my CWP on Monday and actually got it 9 days later. I even enrolled in the US Law Shield and I'm learning everyday about gun law. This class was just what I needed. Soon I will be purchasing a Springfield Armory 1911 RONIN to go with the Hellcat that I already have. I'll call up Tomas for a hands on class about proper breakdown and cleaning. Great Class and I would recommend it to anyone that's looking to get there Concealed Weapons Permit or just to learn about handguns in general.

In a word, invaluable. Even if you don't own a gun or plan on buying one, decide to take the insurance program their affiliate offers or leave it. The key word is insight. You gain so much insight for ugly incidences can arise and how things work in the real world. "Never argue with a fool, onlookers may not be able to tell the difference." - Mark Twain Guess what happens when it involves battery or worse and the police show up? Or the cameras catch only the part where you're acting yelling with a stick. Enter the attorneys... You think you defend yourself from an attacker and that the authorities are going to understand? Not always so, you can very easily end up in jail while your assailant walks free. You need to learn the law, how it applies to you in a moment of crisis and how to be prepared ahead of time. Like trying to buckle a seat belt the moment the car loses control, you won't be ready unless you truly understand how things work in the real world. It's not a dangerous world as much as it's a stupid one. Know your rights, the lack thereof by protecting yourself and be prepared. Ready -- That's the name of the game and this course brings you there. Thanks a bunch, Tomas. A++. I hope I have the chance to bring others.
