Prindiville Car Market

I purchased a Kia Rondo at Prindiville Car Market on 4/11/2015 via finance option and spoke with Oliver and he handled my purchase. On the 5/11/15 i noticed that the right side of the car was making a huge noise when driving and that the steering wheel started shaking when driving over 90km. I called Oliver and asked him to have a look at the problem and brought the car in to service on 9/11/15 and he called back 2hours later and said everything is fixed and i fetched the car. After fetching the car drove it on the 10/11/15 to work and noticed the problem was worse, i then called oliver and asked him what was done and he said they shifted the back tyres to the front and that if theres still an issue to bring it back. I then had my partner a mechanic at scarborough toyota have a look and he said that the two back wheels need replacing and offered to mention this to them .I then returned the car on 14/11/15 and Oliver was off sick and i then dealt with a guy named Miles and he offered to have the mechanics have a look and when i returned to pick up the car on a 40degree heat day after they said they couldnt find anything wrong my partner went for a test drive with them in the car and they stated theres no problem after he mentioned to them it needs new tyres and they stated that he doesnt know what he is talking about and then when he asked Miles are you going to replace the tyres he stated no because theres nothing wrong with the car and walked away . I only recently purchased this car and it still has that problem happening and they aren't willing to do anything to fix it. I am writing to you as i bought the car with the intention that it didn't have these problems when i test drove the car before purchase and now i will have to pay for the replacement of these tyres and any other problems with the car yet it should still be under dealer warrant and was treated unfairly as a consumer and not happy with the service or outcome there company provided me with. If possible i would like some advise of how to deal with this and how to get the dealership to fix the problem.Thanks
