Been using this site for like five years now, back when it was called letswatchsomething.com. I gotta say, I love this site. It's got more movies and TV shows than any other free site I've seen. The selection is just crazy. But, there's one thing that really grinds my gears - the pop under ads. I get it, they gotta make money somehow. But why do they gotta be so pushy? Some of these ads even install tracking cookies on your computer. That's why I use ADBlock now. But even that can't keep all the ads out. Sometimes it takes forever just to get to the movie or show you wanna watch. That's why I gotta take away a star. But other than that, this site is awesome. They're always updating their content, so there's always something new to watch.

Who wants to register on a site known for moderators that berate, belittle, and act like lunatics running the asylum? I was a member of this site for over 8 years, and I've seen it all first hand. These days, I no longer use ANY PrimeWire site.

From hate-mongering and open racism to psychotic moderators with no accountability, to excessive amounts of broken links, the once darling of streaming is a dilapidated shell of its former self. It's really sad to see a site that used to be so great turn into such a mess. The moderators are supposed to be there to help keep the site running smoothly, but instead, they seem to be causing more problems than they're solving.

What's even more concerning is that this so-called "free" site uses members' CPUs to move cryptocurrency! I've seen the evidence in my task manager. Is being berated by lonely, bitter mods really worth risking your CPU? I don't think so. There are plenty of other sites out there that don't have these kinds of issues. I would definitely recommend avoiding PrimeWire like the plague.

But, after a brief time, it's clear that the Dev is doing exactly the same thing that got the site shut down before. They're allowing members to be profiled and using CPUs (via a sponsored VPN) to crypto mine. And, to make matters worse, they're cataloging a huge amount of Porn that makes the site completely unsuitable for the children of families that are targeted to "come on board to a free family friendly site".

Honestly, the entire site is a scam. I checked the control panel and it's easily revealed by questionable spikes in activity. The recommendation of NORDVPN is a calculated guise. There is little disguising the true motive; money and selling member/user privacy. It's really sad to see a site that could have been great, turn into such a mess.

So, my advice to you is to AVOID THIS SITE. Your privacy is at risk in every way imaginable. It's just not worth it. There are plenty of other sites out there that are much better and won't put you and your family at risk.

PrimeWire was once the king of movie link sites on the internet. For over 5 years, it provided its users with new links every minute, and even cam quality movies on the same day they were released in theaters. It was a site that was loved by millions of people around the world. However, its popularity was ultimately its downfall. The site was frequently attacked by malicious people, and it was taken down by unknown individuals. It was then reanimated as a true monster, with login disabled, every link redirecting to malware-infested websites, and a javascript crypto currency miner on every page.

Despite its current state, I still give PrimeWire a 5-star rating for what it was. I was there from the beginning, when it was called letmewatchthis. I witnessed all the attacks and domain changes, and I was there when it died. It has been a few months since it happened, and it has been rough trying to find a new site that can do even half the things PrimeWire did. I miss the custom show airing schedule more than anything.

It is sad to say goodbye to PrimeWire, but the ride has come to a complete stop, and I have exited to the right. It was fun while it lasted. Maybe someday, somebody will make a better one, but I doubt it. PrimeWire will be missed by many, and its legacy will live on.

(I wrote this in June 2020 and was completely fooled by the site... it is now operating EXACTLY the way is namesake did and compromising its users/members... AVOID) I owned my own site back when the internet first started introducing streaming, so I know first-hand all the hard work that goes into getting links and keeping them up to date. The community on chat is active and actively moderated to the point of being reasonable and respectful. There is zero tolerance for any racism, political jabs, or personal attacks. The other competitor site (which domain changes every month) did not have active moderation in terms of penalties for extreme bias and racism, hatred, bigotry, name calling, insulting the staff, etc. until recently. The owner forbade it. Now that it's sister ship AnySubj is sinking, so is TwoMovies and the positive reviews are mostly (not all) by members who acquire points to post anything positive. A negative review will get you banned there, plus better much too late than never, they now have an OUTRAGEOUS penalty system, where past stalkers and trolls have been a "all is forgiven" status is the hopes of increasing the numbers. The online stats of 400-700 are fabricated by the owner (dummy accounts -- try to contact them and find out). The old PrimeWire was good. This design is much better and the Dev will chat with and actively pursues member contact and participation. They do not sister up with a political site, so no worries... Just watch and have fun.
